Subway in Waukesha

“I order from this same Subway almost weekly. Staff is friendly and they usually have my online order ready by the time I get there, even though I live right around the corner. No complaints about the amount of anything in the sandwiches. It’s much better than any other Subway in the area.“

“Placed an order for pickup off the Subway app for a tuna salad- salad today. My order was ready promptly. When I walked into the door the store looked very clean and I was greeted by both the gentleman working! My order was on the pickup shelf waiting for me. They let me know the dressing had changed so they had placed it in cups on the side for me to try- I was very impressed by the thought that went into that small step. Very much appreciated on my end. Grabbed my salad and my lemonade from the cooler where it was staying cold. The receipt taped to my order had a hand written message of “have a good day” that one of the gentleman took the time to write. Another small thing that was noticed and did not go unappreciated. I will be sure to enjoy my lunch and the experience I received from this subway! The employees there seems to have an awesome understanding of customer service and previously working in food service I can appreciate the little things they did for me and my order. Had to take the time to write this review for them.“

“The interior was clean and inviting, with ample seating options available. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were quick to assist me in customizing my sub to my liking. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my preferences was impressive.The sandwich artists showcased great expertise and precision while assembling my sub. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and I appreciated the variety of toppings available. The bread was perfectly toasted, adding a delightful crunch to each bite“

“This Subway has new(er) owners which are very polite, friendly and awesome at making your sub. They also remember the subs regular customers get, which is great since my son often has me go in to pick up a cold cut combo sub to bring home & I don't remember all of the "rabbit food" he gets on his. It is very clean and all in all this is the best Subway around. ❤“

“There's one nice gal in there I believe her name is amber. The other staff seem not to care much about anything at all but every time I come there she is always juggling everything. There could be a line of 10 people and she has them all gone in the matter of seconds very impressive. Keep up the good work you need more like her.“
