The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and lazy. She barely put anything on our sandwitch ,which is usual for the subway, but 6 pickels are pathetic for a footlong, then she threw the bag on top of our sandwiches and just stood there staring at us. I tried to order some broccoli soup 3 times before she just said it's not working. She was more attentive to the door dash person who came in. She didn't bother to give us our receipt, so I can't give a name, but the tip i gave i regret giving.

By far the grossest Subway I’ve stopped into.
The one person working behind the counter and making sandwiches was coughing up a storm and did not wear a mask. We should have just walked out at that point.
My son went to go wash his hands in the bathroom, which requires a key to access. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet was clogged with visible feces still in the toilet. Just gross and unsanitary.
Needless to say, we did not finish our sandwiches.
10/17/24 at 8:15p My father and I stopped in for dinner. They did not have chocolate milk and we're out of tuna. This place seems a little rundown, there's dust and stains all over the ceiling along with a few lights out.

Ordered two 6 inch subs, one was a rotisserie chicken and other was BMT. Both sandwiches were made accurately and were tasty. The problem was the size of the rotisserie chicken. I opened the sandwich and upon seeing it, felt the need to measure. You be the judge, for the price of it, I was disappointed.

Walked from Meijer to watch the parade and after my kids wanted a snack and I needed to go to the bathroom sadly Subway said I couldn't use it even though we were customers. What the hell. We walked over to the boat rental place and the bathroom was locked, we then walked all the way to the frame park on moorland and that bathroom was locked. I respect the city is sick of the bad not good homeless people messing up the bathrooms however I saw parents have their kids go in a bush because the one for the park was locked. There has to be some kind of solution then just keeping them locked. Luckily the hope center let me use theirs.

Store Manager needs to update hours on door and website. Just drove 1/2 hour to get subs and the store is dark. Called to verify and no answer. We don't care if you close before 11, just don't let people believe you are open. In reading reviews, this is not a new issue. Fix it, Manager.
My boyfriend and I ate here last night, and all night and all day today we won’t stop throwing up. My guess is food poisoning. We’ve eaten here before and hadn’t had a problem. But this time around was not good at all. Employees need to make sure food and items are fresh and cleaned. So just giving a warning to everyone who eats at this location.

Am I wrong, or isnt Subway’s allure that whole being able to see the fresh sandwich built to your liking before your eyes - thing? Sad that I have to leave this terrible review as I’ve been coming to this Subway for 13 years. Do they keep meats and cheeses fresh? Maybe, but there’s a big problem with the new metal hood/barriers as they totally block the view of the meats and cheeses. Who knows what they’re doing or using back there! Unfortunately, I couldnt see until the veggies that my order was completely wrong. Worse, when I pointed out the problem with the meat hiders and the error with my order, the worker basically blamed me for not ordering right. If I couldve seen what you were doing, I wouldve told you there was a mistake!!! Instead, I just left.I’d be happy to discuss the metal meat and cheese hiders with a manager. But this fair review will remain until they are gone.
