Am I wrong, or isnt Subway’s allure that whole being able to see the fresh sandwich built to your liking before your eyes - thing? Sad that I have to leave this terrible review as I’ve been coming to this Subway for 13 years. Do they keep meats and cheeses fresh? Maybe, but there’s a big problem with the new metal hood/barriers as they totally block the view of the meats and cheeses. Who knows what they’re doing or using back there! Unfortunately, I couldnt see until the veggies that my order was completely wrong. Worse, when I pointed out the problem with the meat hiders and the error with my order, the worker basically blamed me for not ordering right. If I couldve seen what you were doing, I wouldve told you there was a mistake!!! Instead, I just left.I’d be happy to discuss the metal meat and cheese hiders with a manager. But this fair review will remain until they are gone.

Online it says the store is open to 11 pm, so we drove out of our way to get a Subway sub. Walked in at 8:45 pm, the server was making 2 footlong subs for the only other person in the store. We waited our turn and at 8:59 pm when she was finally wrapping his subs, she turned to us and said, I know the door says 11, but we close in 1 minute. After a few questions, she said she would make us our 3 subs only if they are simple. By simple, she said she meant "not a lot of veggies". I think it was incredibly self centered to make us wait 14 minutes before telling us our options are limited if at all. I would never go back. Update your hours online and on the door!!!!!

Online says open to 11pm. Sign on the door says open to 11pm. Girl behind the locked door mimes open to 8pm while doing closing duties at 7:55pm. No way to run your business. The food is what you'd expect.

ordered a tuna sub and the tuna was old. I took the sandwich back because it costed $12+. They wouldn't give me a refund. They said they would give me another one and why would I want that! I even had a receipt...never again!

I had a coupon buy 1 fooltlong get another footlong free well that didn't happen they posted your free footlong 2 choose from on another hand made menu choice!!! I ripped up coupon and walked out!!!

Avoid this subway if you can. Staff are friendly enough, but prices are higher than the subway on Delafield St and they don't participate in any subway rewards through the app. The one off Delafield St does.

Avoid this location at ALL costs. I tried to order the most BASIC OF SUBS , the BLT. The girl with the dreads didn't know to make, or even what it was. She just blankly looked at the bread. Questionable to be handling any food or others.If I could give NEGATIVE - Stars, I would.
