Very awkward interaction as the employee made me part of their prank. They were too focused on playing games that they messed up the order. Then the other worker stepped in and scooped out half of my sandwich and threw it away - wasteful, in my opinion, didn't ask if I wanted to purchase the other half. Food was okay but not the best sandwich I've had from here.

Stopped here mid afternoon several weeks ago. Overheard employees talking about how they are frustrated with the owner because he never washes his hands! When slicing meats and after coming in from outside he doesn’t wash them, according to what was said. I was beyond horrified, and the employees also looked upset. I immediately threw away what was left of my food and left the restaurant. I have not been able to stop thinking about this encounter since. You’ve been warned!

Went to the counter to get a sub waited several minutes went to the bathroom and came back. The employee never looked up from their phone or acknowledged a customer was there. When I asked for help they were confrontational.

Great food, good service but I think they need to hire more people. The atmosphere is a bit weird due to the location. Most people seem to grab and go rather than sit and eat. No big deal as I did the same. And I guess I prefer when dining alone! (That is, a less crowded place).
Parking: Not a vast amount of parking, but again, not a busy location. So no trouble finding a spot.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly meal options.

Ordered a tuna sub, less tuna put on it then other Subways I've been to. The bread wasn't fresh, it was hard on the ends and dry. I didn't have it toasted so that definitely wasn't the case. Such a disappointment

Subway is a continual disappointment. The app doesn't work. The workers are unable and/or unwilling to help. The managers say the owner won't let them help. I don't know where the blame for a failed restaurant is, but in this case it's likely at every level. I won't be here again. Period.
Awesome ladies work at this location. So happy and friendly, unlike the new owners ay the location on Moreland Blvd. I will be going to this location from now on. I may have been here on a good day as some of the earlier reviews are not as favorable. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This place is never open and on top of it the people that work there are sick joke. No matter how many times we try to go it's never open. I live down the street and they always have different excuses on the door. They refuse to answer the phone. There's people in the store honestly. They should just shut it down. Top of that, it's a bunch of silly kids that don't know how to help you. They constantly lie about being open. Don't even waste your time coming out because they'll tell you they're open and they'll be closed.

This place was nasty.neveah threw up .I could hear it from the lobby she appeared to be intoxicated. I have been in there multiple times and she picks up cigarette butts from the floor .and she never wears a hat .I have had hair in my food this is unacceptable.
