This place was nasty.neveah threw up .I could hear it from the lobby she appeared to be intoxicated. I have been in there multiple times and she picks up cigarette butts from the floor .and she never wears a hat .I have had hair in my food this is unacceptable.

Very disappointed. This is the closest subway to my home. I have been disappointed several time do inconsistent hours. Closing early. I will never return after I showed up at lunch time. The doors were lock at 12:10 pm the sign on the door said they would close at 12:30 pm . The owner not an employee was standing inside looking at me. The first rule to being a successful business is work a full day. If I have to drive across town for a sandwich because you are lazy. I am never coming back.

Ordered subs for pickup with the Subway app. When we arrived to pick up the subs the store was closed due to staffing. I wouldn't use the app if you go here, as their hours are whatever they feel like that day and can't be trusted. It takes 3-5 business days for your refund. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Really s***** service the kids do not know how to work I heard they spit in the food too always really messy. Messy bathroom too needs a lot of improvement. Plus the construction does. Not a good subway!!! No

They're online ordering systems sucks, first it is the only location in Waukesha that you can take advantage of the FLBOGO I spent 30 minutes trying to get their stinking order system to work, go to pay and it tells me my order timed out, re-input everything again then the order system rejects my card. Each time causing me to have to start over again. The employees needing me to enter the order online so I could get the buy one get one deal didn't have a way to help me. In the end I got NO food, a half an hour of wasted time. When I called their Customer Service number you are told that you have to go online to file a complaint. I am beyond unhappy at how my night went dealing with this BS. SUBWAY you can eat my shorts!!!

This place is never open and on top of it the people that work there are sick joke. No matter how many times we try to go it's never open. I live down the street and they always have different excuses on the door. They refuse to answer the phone. There's people in the store honestly. They should just shut it down. Top of that, it's a bunch of silly kids that don't know how to help you. They constantly lie about being open. Don't even waste your time coming out because they'll tell you they're open and they'll be closed.

Please update your hours. Twice now I’ve arrived around 7-8pm and the store is closed. Even if you have a paper hours sheet on the door or window, please update Google.
