We all know the food menu is big and we have a lot of choices, what bothers me is how we can no longer see the entire process of making our sandwiches... The veggies are not always fresh like they say, but the people who work there are nice and always greet you with a smile.

Bathroom is filthy, their toasters don't even work. I watched an employee slam and bash the toaster despite it's screen displaying that it's an issue with the door. Employee's also seem distracted constantly.

Service was terrible, dude was too focused on whatever conversation he was having on the phone. He messed up my sub putting on a sauce when I didn’t want it. He didn’t even charge us correctly, we asked for a meal and he charged for two chips. And then had to pay for a drink separately because he didn’t wanna correct his mistake. (Photos of receipt below)
I will definitely be taking the extra time to drive to the next Subway. Maybe they won’t be on their phones while servicing customers!!!
Dont order online, even better don’t even eat from there. Ordered 2 foot long subs. 80% bread 20% Meat and veggies. Clearly they want to make more profit by skimping out on the meat and veggies.
Better of paying another ten bucks for jerseys mikes.

They really skimp you with quantity. No veteran discount!? First I've seen. Heated my sandwich with someone else's sandwich and cheese got stuck together. Speaking another language to each other as I expressed my concerns

This is the 2nd Subway that post in the window and on the internet that they are open until 9pm. It's 8:20 on a Friday, and closed completely.
I really use to like this location, but I went here yesterday and the male owner skimped my sandwich worse than I’ve ever had before at any subway location. The subs have gotten more expensive and these owners think it’s appropriate to give less than ever before on the subs. I will but be returning to this location ever again. They also claim to not take any coupons

The woman that seems to work at this location most weekends is always extremely pleasant. She always makes my orders to perfection and in a timely manner.

It's ridiculous to charge a footlong price for what turns out to be a 6 inch wrap ($12.99). My fault for not reading the menu in its entirety before placing my order; but regardless of that, Subway is taking advantage of customers with this up-charge for an item that is less substantial (but higher in calories...?) than a 6 inch bread choice. Disappointing!

I was extremely disappointed. I've been to this place twice to try to use my gift cards and they refused them. They don't even look at them they just say we don't take them go to another Subway. I've tried to complain to Subway itself and not received any response.
