My father ordered 2 footlong BLTs and received only one piece of bacon on each side of the 6inch. He doesnt believe in complaining on the on the Internet and he was already at home when he noticed so returning wasnt an option. Im sorry 2 pieces of bacon on a footlong is absolutely ridiculous.

I just went to subway and walked it and it was a little before 8:30 and I had 3 footlongs and 2 six inches and I get home and I paid for double portions of bacon on two footlongs blts and I got crumbs and I paid full price. Like wth food prices are high but not to the point of not getting what you ordered. Not happy won't return. I live a mile away from this subway.

Couldn’t believe it. We walked into this subway at 11:50 on June 15th. No customers but 2 employees. One was resting and uninterested at one side of the counter and the other person was on phone. They never acknowledged us at all. We were at the counter for a couple minutes and then I asked the girl if I need to order by her. She didn’t seem to really care. I asked her how long it would take before either of these employees acknowledged us. One again she didn’t seem to care so I said we were going to another Subway. Don’t know who owns this Subway but you must not know how to run a business or don’t care who you hire. If one of you are the owners I hope no one ever goes to your establishment anymore

Place used to be good but whatever owner has taken over is driving this place into the ground. Staff is rude, Bread is not fresh, Meat and Veggies are not fresh. Save your money and go elsewhere, I'm obviously not the only one that feels this way either.

I just had a horrible experience at this location. Placed an order on the app at 3:50. It said the order would be ready at 4:10. I checked the progress occasionally and it said my order was being made and then stated it was ready at 4:09. So far so good.

I leave after it is ready as the store is right next to my house. I used to try to get there at the estimated time but it was never ready on time so this time I waited. I arrive at the store and find one person leaning on the counter doing nothing. I tell them I have a pickup order. They say ok, go to a counter where my ticket has been presumably sitting for going on 25 minutes now and start my order. I must have been visible irritated because this is when an employee decided to get off his phone and leave the booth he was sitting in.

In walks another customer. Instead of 'be right with you' or something along those lines they decide to take and make her order. Not wanting to cause a scene I wait for the customer to leave to ask why my order wasn't ready after nearly 40 minutes. I get some excuse about a shift change at 4:00 which makes no sense to me as I arrived around 4:15. I watch them make my subs, which was a good thing because they would've messed up all but one, and once all of them are wrapped up and ready to go they decide now would be a good time to put my frozen pizza in the oven. Talk about poor time management skills. The pizza was ready suspiciously quick, less than a minute. It looked good so I didn't question it. That was a poor decision on my part as when I got home my son said it was cold in the middle.

Instead of going back for a refund I am deciding to leave this review in the hopes it will deter others from sharing my fate. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It will be quicker and SAFER to do a little extra driving to go elsewhere.

I used to be a regular at this Subway location, and my family always enjoyed the service and food. However, ever since the management changed, everything has gone downhill. I decided to give it one more chance, and I regret it. The prices have increased, which would be fine if the food and service were up to par, but they are not.

I ordered 4 subs and 2 bowls. Both bowls and 2 of the subs were meatball, and the meatballs were cold and hard. The other subs were made incorrectly. Frustrated, I called the store, and to my surprise, I was told there was no manager on duty—apparently, there rarely is. When I mentioned the cold meatballs, the person on the phone said they had just taken them out of the fridge and put them in hot water, implying they should have been hot. Instead of offering an apology, he started speaking in Hindi, followed by laughing. Extremely unprofessional.

This wasn’t my first bad experience either. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after two previous poor visits, but I’m done. The customer service is terrible, no apology, no offer of a coupon or credit. Additionally, the food is never done when they say it should be done. Today, they laughed and said they didn't even start my order. I waited 28 minutes and there was no one in the restaurant.

This place has become such a disappointment after the new management took over and let go of all of the regular employees. Now a family owns it and its only them that works at the establishment and they don't care about customer service and obviously don't care about the corporate values and mission of Subway.

My step mom ordered food for the family and all the food was horrible. Only 2 subs were correct, the other sub was cold, we ordered 2 things of meatballs in a bowl and both were hard meatballs and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It looked like they just cut the cheese put it on top and put a lid on it didn’t even heat it up or anything. It seemed like they gave us old meatballs. I am not coming back to this place it use to be nice and I use to love coming here but now how they treated us when we called to see what happened they didn’t want to do anything about it. They were super rude.

One of the older workers gave attitude when I had clearly asked her for a certain sandwich, DIDNT EVEN ADD CHEESE where they asked me multiple times what kind of cheese I wanted and I repeatedly said American cheese! The chicken was slimey for some reason, TERRIBLE SERVICE, they need better workers that know how to do their job!!

I keep telling myself, I am not coming back. Months go by and I give them another chance. I will only go now if it's under new ownership. If it had an owner who cared, they would do something to correct the poor service and quality. Perhaps the manager is the owner.

In the last six months, this location has gone downhill. It appears that they are under new management or ownership. I believe the ingredients they are using are not subway ingredients anymore as they are completely different and not as tasty. The workers are rude and the restaurant is filthy in comparison to six months ago. I will not be returning. There’s a cousins just down the street.

Picked up three sweet onion chicken teriyaki subs tonight. The chicken was ice cold and every sub was an inedible disaster, the attached picture is exactly how one sub looked after I unwrapped it. The entire outside of the bread was a mess of mayo and onion sauce. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until I got home and unwrapped them and by then it was too late to go back and return them. Go somewhere else avoid this place.
