Went to this Meadowbrook Location today and there is a Permanently closed sign hanging in the window! Location had been in decline for the past few months, so not overly surprised here.

Tried to order subs at 6:15 pm and they were out of a lot of things. I looked at the ingredients in the counter to figure out what they did have and everything looked disgusting like it had all been sitting out all day and not refreshed. We walked out. Also, literally no one was in there and the kid in back didn't come out for a bit so we thought they were closed at first. Interesting it was that dead during the dinner meal time.

The Subway I usually go to is being renovated so I had to order from this one and I was pretty disappointed :( My bread was ghost white, soggy, falling apart, stuck to the wrapper, my toppings were everywhere, they didn't cut it how I asked, and it was wrapped so bad. I'll attach pictures, but it looked 100x worse irl.

This place can't keep themselves staffed, they never have enough food for two subs whenever I order it. They can open at 10:00 a.m. I could order two meatball subs and they wouldn't have enough for the day.... I'd like to say this has happened once but I'm going on five times now and at this point it's just ridiculous. There's one on sunset that is going to be way better.

Completely terrible, the guy refuses to hire even a single employee and ignores doordash orders.Very disrespectful man and too slow for only one person to be working. I said i was here to pick up an order and he told me it was ready then refused to hand it to me for 10 min.This place is ready to fail.

I ordered a baja chicken and bacon sandwhich and the meat was incorrect, cold and it didnt have any sauce on it. I tried to call to tell the girl it was wrong and she was arguing with me about it. Then she must have set the phone down and walked away. Horrible customer service!! If I could give them a zero I would have.

Our subs were well made. The store was very clean. The employee was efficient. The place was under staffed which is all too common these days.

They skimp on portions and charge full price. They don’t use the portioned scoops or have things preportioned out, leaving the employee to use their hands to make the portions. When confronted about it they don’t do anything and say that’s how all subways do it. Then why have the scoops there to begin with? $13 for a sandwich that had less meat than a 6” sub

I called the employee called Bamci and explained to him that I placed an order for an Italian bmt 6 "with American cheese online I paid $ 9.40 and I only received the bread with cheese nothing else .... when it was not what I had ordered and I told him that I eat I explained that to my daughter who was very hungry that she had not received what I ordered and what he answered me was that it was not his problem because he was not the father of the girl that he could not do anything. I only received the bread. I asked him if he doubted me that he even had a photo, to which he answered, oh, ok, do you have a picture? Still doubting it. It was very rude to hear that, I asked him for the name of the driver and he told me that She was not back and I asked her the name of the manager and she said Dola. I know that situations happen and we are human, we make mistakes but maybe just an apology would have been the best option before a client not to start doubting him, instead what I got it was a lack of respect and doubt towards me as a client.At least ae I know I'll never come back review 0 of 10
