Put in an order at 5:30 for pickup at 6:45. They started making it at 6:47 and it’s now 7:15. There’s multiple people working. I’m not sure why priorities are not in order but it’s extremely frustrating.

There was a door dash driver waiting for about 15 minutes from what I saw but he was there before I was and 3 people got their food before he got his delivery. It also looked like there was 2 people working on Saturday at 12:00. 3 of the fountain drinks were not working even though the staff claimed they were.

worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. they mess up my order all the time and i have to wait like 20 min every time too i ordered a beef taco no lettuce and they put cream cheese and tomatoes on it and it’s literally dripping

Between this Taco Bell and the Burger King on the Sunset stretch I dont know which one has the worst service and cold gross food. But, for real, hire people or teach your employees how to deliver Good Customer service! I was in the drive thru and the lady was rude as hell, I had to quickly back out of there, because why would I give business to a place with rude employees?

Waited over 15 min for a cheesy steak burrito that was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. And a steak crunch wrap that was almost all veggies. The steak had the consistency of beef jerky and tasted a little like it too. Worst taco bell I've ever been to.
