Fast food isn't so fast anymore. They got two guys running the whole place in the middle of dinner hour, and no one at the counter. It took 25 minutes to get my simple order, and it was wrong when I got it. Took them another 10 minutes to fix it.

I never leave reviews but I thought I would make one after the same thing happening multiple times. I constantly need to remind the person in the drive thru to give me a straw. The first time I can understand, but seriously man, when it happens 5 times to just me, its an issue. It's also a gamble with the hot sauce packets when placing a mobile order, half the time I just don't get any. Small stuff, but its CONSISTENT.

Waited 10 min with no service as a Uber eats driver while 3 cars after me arriving were served in the drive thru

Been a long time since I have been to Taco Bell so I thought I would stop in. I was the only person in the dining room. Order 3 hard-shell tacos and a small drink. Took 12 minutes to get my order. There were two cars at drive window. As you can see I literally paid 6 bucks for three taco shells. Prices way up and quality way down. Never going back.

The guy at the window giving food at 11:01pm today was an absolute asshole when I asked for my drink to be filled up. I received it with the wrong size lid and only 3/4’s full, nicely asked for a new lid and to get it filled to the top and he argued “really bro that’s how they come keep it” and refused to fix my drink. Plus he was not friendly in the drive through to begin with. Wish I would’ve got his name because that was absolutely ridiculous. He also forgot my sauce!!! Very much an inconvenience! Would give 0 stars if I could.
