Prices keep going up. Short staffed, tables were dirty, only a few people were dining in but not one clean table. Order was not fulfilled accurately, had to get missing items.
This place can never get an order right. We got the cantina box and cheesy gordita crunches and missing half the food in the box and it was luke warm by the time we got it home. Only a 5 minute drive. Erika was more concerned about doing a performance and flipping the bag to hand it to us than checking the food. Seems time and time again no matter where you go, nobody actually cares about the quality or consistent service.

The person at the drive thru window was so energetic and full of personality, especially for 10:30 pm!! I ordered the steak grilled cheese burrito and it was soooo delicious. Thanks for everything, Taco Bell! ??Edit: 2nd time at 10 pm - another great experience! Everything was so fresh and tasty

COVID happened and this place just keeps declining. Used to taste good, service was amazing, and you could tell they used to actually try and care. That's obviously long gone so I must retire from going to this location.

This taco bell is soooo slow. We mobile ordered and they didn't even have any customers in the restaurant or in the drive thru and when I got there around 5 minutes after ordering they still hadn't started my order. It took them another 5 minutes to get it done.

This location is doing an excellent job with every aspect from great customer service, to drive thru preparing orders quickly and efficiently. I have gone to the other locations in Waukesha and their service is subpar constantly getting my orders wrong or giving me cold watery food as well as their lack of customer service skills. But the hwy 18 location has never disappointed. The other locations can take a few lessons from the employees at the hwy 18 store. Thank you for ALWAYS making my experience a good one!
I love there strawberry drinks and I get a little upset with the perfect change stuff.

Giving 5 stars for the two poor souls working there on a Saturday almost two weeks ago. The female took the time to warn everyone they were very understaffed. I took the time to thank her and the gentleman preparing orders for being open and also patient, as some customers were typical a-holes for being upset about the wait. Food was fresh too!

It's always hit or miss. This time my chalupa was dry and hard. My bag of nachos was just small broken bits. Nacho fries were luke warm. I did a mobile order too soon so I think it sat a few minutes.
