I made the mistake of entering the drive there as the lobby was locked. There were 8 cars ahead of me and took 50 minutes to get my order. I would have left but there are curbs on both sides of the lane and had cars behind me. Absolute joke.

Came in a few minutes before close right after a concert and they were very kind and made our food amazing. Shout out to these workers bc I’ve been there and it’s not always the greatest so I really appreciate that kind of attitude and service

It takes so dang long to get food from this location! I always hope it will be different and never is. I order ahead in the app in hopes it will be more efficient, but nope. Submitted my order (#951614) tonight at 8:07pm, arrived to the store at 8:22, and did not receive my order until 8:45. At least it tastes fine?

I ordered on the kiosk and while they were making my food me and my friend heard a old white heavy-set guy chatting loudly to his coworkers about how people should stop making up fake names because theyre so damn hard to pronounce on purpose and he was talking about my name clearly cause were the only people and he wagged my food from across the room cause he couldnt pronounce my name. Then later on my friend ordered and one of the coworkers said they were closed (it was 9:00 and other people were coming in) and we have to make it quick because they wanted us out. I do not recommend and I will never go there again, hire more educated employees.

Food was really good tacos were very full and delicious Even though yeah, the cashier stop ringing us up to ring up a drive through order, then came back and finished ringing us up and in turn got one of my tacos wrong which is why you should complete tasks before taking on other ones. But I would still go back They were very clean and the food was very good.

What is going on at taco bell? I've been to three different restaurants and had the worst service at all of them. It shouldn't take 40 minutes to get a food order. And then to have the employees complaining about what I ordered in front of me.

This location used to be the best Taco Bell in Waukesha, now it's easily the worst. Spend your money elsewhere there are plenty of other Mexi-American restaurants in the area that are way better than the garbage served here
