I ordered through the drive through and asked for senior soda with my order. The woman said she'd adjust the total at the window. When I was at the window, I again said I wanted the senior soda, which was free. A man behind her said they didn't have senior sodas only senior discount so I said forget the soda. I asked why some Taco Bells offered it, but others didn't. No answer. I got my order and had to ask for the receipt. They didn't give me the senior discount either. I wasn't happy with the service. The food I ordered was good.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 20+ mins after giving my name at menu box.
Of leaving was an option would have done it. But cars in front and a behind us. And order was paid for already through the app
I had asked my boyfriend to uber me food since I wasn't in the mood to cook after work and I got a taco without meat, just lettuce and cheese. EDIT: i just ordered a soft shell taco the same night for my little brother and they did it again except this time there was ranch inside of it and like 2 pieces of meat, 2 chunks. I took a picture of both times.

we, along with several other guests were kicked out of dining room because they were short staffed.

at least 5 items we ordered were wrong and I was told to wait outside while they corrected order. it was 3 degrees outside. employee was very rude.

Took 40 minutes with 3 cars ahead of us. Food was hot
I made the mistake of entering the drive there as the lobby was locked. There were 8 cars ahead of me and took 50 minutes to get my order. I would have left but there are curbs on both sides of the lane and had cars behind me. Absolute joke.

Came in a few minutes before close right after a concert and they were very kind and made our food amazing. Shout out to these workers bc I’ve been there and it’s not always the greatest so I really appreciate that kind of attitude and service

It takes so dang long to get food from this location! I always hope it will be different and never is. I order ahead in the app in hopes it will be more efficient, but nope. Submitted my order (#951614) tonight at 8:07pm, arrived to the store at 8:22, and did not receive my order until 8:45. At least it tastes fine?
