Super disappointed!!! We used to love going to Texas Roadhouse at this location but now the service and food is not as good as it used to be! Not worth the time and money. Was there last week with my fam. My kids really disliked the food once they lived here. The full ribs rack, seemed a little too small this time. Cactus Blossom- half cooked and soaking in oil! Only item that’s not changed much is the complimentary bun and cinnamon butter.

First time visiting road house, Waiter was not good, she forgot some orders and didn’t ask some people if they wanted anything, we were prepared to order way more. Joined the VIP club and inform waitress it was my birthday, all I got was an okay, whole reason I even mentioned it was my birthday. I didn’t need a show, but I thought I would get something, why even join the VIP club
*went back the same night to the bar, bar staff more competent, only available birthday promo is free ice cream. W girl was my server told me H birthday a few times ty for that

My Reviews Are Perfect
Staff was great, manager checked in on us and greeted himself. Very nice touch! I did order a medium-well NY Strip and had to send it back because it was rare. My second steak I received was medium-rare. Didn’t want to send it back a second time, but ruined the great time I was having.
Everything is good every time we order the staff is happy and is always cheerfully getting everything just right 👍👍👍

Steaks were good ribs cold and tough I had to send my chop back it was as tough as shoe leather second one was good. Service was very good. They couldn't find my name on the wait list but were seated immediately
