We tried placing an order at 6pm for 3 large pizzas. Our order was randomly cancelled and the price was changed from $34 to $66, even though our confirmation email was in fact $34. We called to inquire, and were able to replace our order with no issues, with a discounted price for our inconvenience. 3 hours later at 9pm, still no pizzas. We’ve tried calling numerous times, on separate phones to inquire, and asked to speak to a manager several times, but was placed on hold for over 20 minutes to be hung up on every time. When you call the store, you aren’t actually calling the store, you are calling to a Toppers call center overseas. Horrible experience and no compensation.

I ordered online on Thursday for a Friday pickup - got a confirmation email. All good, right? I called on Friday about 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my order... and they didn't have an order from me! Um YIKES! I'm supposed to pick up food for 20 people meeting at my church. But - they pulled it together, made my pizzas and orders of topper stix - and I picked it up at the same time my original order was supposed to be ready! Kudos for going above & beyond! And during a Friday night dinner rush too!!! And the pizzas and stix were great!

Kyle made me the best pizza! Used to not like toppers but it was made perfect and it tasted good.. Keep up the good work Kyle !! And let me tell ya awesome music choice felt awesome being somewhere with rock music !!
