Pizza was really good, better than the other fast pizza places. Tried the new chicken wings and was pleasantly surprised. It was quickly prepared, looked good, and correctly made.

We placed an online order. There was an issue where all of the orders for the pizzas were mixed up and it was taking a very long time. Ehab corrected the issue. And made things right. I enjoy pizza and was going to boycott toppers after the experience. But thanks to Ehab, whenever I get pizza I'll be ordering from this location. Thank you so much

Took 30 minutes overtime on delivery, missing items that I paid for, severely undercooked and just borderline disgusting quality (especially for the price). Spent an hour on hold trying to contact the actual front desk and not the outsourced Indians they have working at some call center. They never answered after trying four times with two different phones. Will never eat here again, and you shouldn’t either. Be prepared to pay for the worst quality pizza of your life with the worst service imaginable, all at an exorbitant price. Delivery guy couldn’t even bother knocking on my door.

Pizza place but can’t make a pizza. Waited over an hour and a half for a large pizza and topper sticks when I live 2 minutes away, and with all that time they took to make it, it came undercooked. Almost raw. I paid extra for garlic sauce but it was forgotten. Worst part is, they won’t answer the phone, you can get as far as the third party phone line and then you’ll be placed on hold indefinitely. Garbage food and garbage service. A frozen pizza from the gas station would be easier and taste better.

Horrible job with delivery service. Got a call that my no contact delivery happened and nothing at my door. Called 3 times and was put on hold each time for 10 minutes and no one came back on the line. I see from the reviews that this store sucks and I agree fully. I better get a refund or this will escalate to the better business bureau. As far as I know they just took my money and never even made the order.

I have been to this Toppers many times before and the food is always ready on time and tasty. Last night there was a missing item from my order. I get it, things happen and it was a busy Friday night. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond to make it right, I was extremely impressed. His compassion and generosity will keep me coming back to this location!

good place. Although I prefer increasing the toppings anount, I feel its really small portions. I apso fo not know what they put in their pizza but the amount of calories mentioned in their website is insanely high. A lot of ouls maybe?

My fiance ordered dinner for us and I saw the delivery fee which is why we didn't leave a tip. I tip handsomely anytime I go out in person for food/drinks, and have been a server myself at a bar/grill, so I understand how it all works and the hard work it entails. But this was a simple pizza/wing delivery order which was already on the bill, and this note on the receipt was absolutely uncalled for in my opinion. I called and was transferred to someone at this location who apologized and agreed with me, and said we would get a complete refund. I hope so, and we'll see.
