The man taking and fulfilling drive thru orders today was super friendly and kind. He had a fun personality and even offered us a free refill since we downed half our drink as soon as we got it. I would for sure give him a shout out if I knew his name. Definitely coming back here.

Although the wait was long, food was delicious. We especially liked Lee. He worked so hard and was so pleasant. Although we got a dbl cheeseburger without bacon but requestedbacon, his hard work and positive attitude warmed our hearts. He's manager material. And please get more help. These young adults deserve more help. It's not fair they must work so hard. Thank u again Lee, u made the wait worth the wait!

This Wendy’s is the grossest Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. Sticky floor, splatters on the wall, syrup all over the soda machine, unwiped surfaces. I could go on.
The staff is a bit rude, but it seems they have a severe lack of staff, so that could be the reason for all these issues.
The location would be better off closed or drive through only.

The food is pretty standard Wendy’s food but the service is extremely slow. I had gotten in line for the drive thru 20 mins before closing, but once it was my turn to order, they were closed and I had to wait an additional 20 mins just to get out of the drive thru line.

Normally I have no issues with this location, until today. I placed an online order and came to pick it up to find a car parked in the drive thru. All the doors were locked as well. Management dropped the ball in terms of staffing and customer communication. I’m assuming there was only one employee working because I could see him sitting in the lobby eating his food and he needed to take a break. I’ve been there and i understand. But what should have happened was online orders should have been turned off. I waited, hoping his meal would be over soon and I could get my food, so I drove around the block. Came back to the employee inside looking around out the front door and a woman at the car in the drive thru. So now I’m confused and annoyed and just want my food. I waited more. Did more laps around the block and still no help. I canceled my order and hope the charge comes off my card.

We went for the Girl Scout thin mink shake. There was hardly any thin mint topping on it. Disappointing.

Wendy’s has the best taco salad from a fast food restaurant. It is delicious!! If I could afford it I would have the taco salad three times a week. Thank You Wendy’s for the wonderful salad. I will continue to enjoy it. Sincerely, Mary Beth Hansen. We ate inside the restaurant.

never been to a Wendy's where the line had 7 people waiting. With the time waiting, Im seeing the movement within the kitchen and I am seeing the manager grab nuggets and the bacon with no gloves on her hands. DISGUSTING. Grabbing money then the food. The team needs to be training on serving food and time management with the customers in line

Coldbrew coffee tasted spoiled. They forgot to put pickles on my sandwich when I specifically requested them. And never handed me my fries.
I only ordered those 3 items and yet the incompetence was astounding. But I love Wendy's food so of course I will be back. Hoping the service it's a little better.

Whenever we go in, instead of drive through, the employees are slow to notice us and something always seems out or broken in front such as ketchup pumps or the coca freestyle.

Natasha I believe her name is! She is usually in the drive through. She is very friendly & professional. She greets everyone with a smile. I’ve been going to this specific location because of her! Always so nice and willing to help her customers.
