I normally wouldn't care about missing items on an order, as long as i don't get charged for it. I called about it. I could hardly even finish giving my phone number, or name. Whoever is taking calls has serious social and listening issues and should be kept away from any interaction from customers. Absolutely unreal interaction. 1/10/2026 735pm.

I don't know why this place is that popular. There's not much meat on the bone-in wings and it was fried really hard. The lady at the counter was very stressed out and my food was like 15 minutes late

I had a carry out order and there was a problem with some of the chicken having the wrong sauce. I called and they said it was no problem and to come back and they would correct my order. He asked that I come in like 15 minutes because they were swamped which I said was no problem as I was happy my kid’s food would be corrected. When I got there, a different manager said I was lying and there was no way the order was wrong. He wouldn’t correct the order and said he would only remake it if I paid for it but gave me a gracious discount ….. so I paid for my original order and half for the replacement order to finally get the order right at the cost of x1.5 my money plus the time driving there and back twice because the manager thought I was trying to pull one over on them for 8 chicken tenders for my kid. Then while I sat there waiting for the remake the manager kept looking at me from the kitchen and laughing. Can’t make this up, terrible customer service.

I ordered takeout and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. My order was missing six boneless wings, three sauces, and the voodoo fries. The wings I did receive were overcooked and dry. After driving 40 minutes to pick up my food, it was really frustrating to come home to an incomplete and poorly prepared meal.

I have order here so many times since its open and stopped going to bww. The wing deals were great. Tonight made me sick and upset. My orange fanta fountain tasted like a floral cleaner or disinfectant and my order was wrong. The 10 piece of boneless wings was supposed to be Hawaiian (my favorite flavor) and garlic parmesan but the box had garlic parmesan and BUFFALO! A stark contrast on top of the sickening drink. My wife's order was supposed to have a large fry but only had a small. Small compensation was that the order had way too much dipping. But now im sick to my stomach because I drank disinfectant

The Manager Brett is amazing. He takes orders and is active in helping out with all the workers. He loves to joke around with the customers. Amazing service and a very clean store. If you have any problems with the food take it up with Brett and he will get it fixed for you. Highly recommend coming here I'll be back soon.
I had an issue with Doordash and the manager Bret made sure I was satisfied and happy with my order and came up with a solution on his own. He updated me on the process and even included an extra treat with my new order. Very pleased with the service here!

The girl working tonight was so rude that I just walked out and left without my food. I understand it’s busy on a Friday evening, but YELLING at all the people waiting for their food to “stop crowding the counter” is just crazy work (nobody was crowding, they were all patiently standing there. It’s a small lobby.) I will never go there again as a customer or accept any doordash orders from this location.

My most recent experience with the girl behind the counter canceling my online pickup, which I waited 20 min to come in and sat there for 30 min not knowing this had happened. Finally someone asked about my order and they said it was never even started. Eventually got a refund from DoorDash where my order was placed. Not a great experience but on other days I would recommend going if she is not there…
