“From moment we walked in Matt went above and beyond. i ordered my mac and cheese extra hot since last time i had hard time melting cheese. He took our order and double checked with Kitchen. food came out steaming. He then checked in with us while eating (how often does that happen at fast foor places) and thanked us on the way out. Very pleased with the service tonight and thought Matt should get some public recognition“

“You know the food is going to be delicious, when you hear the pressure cooker releasing steam in the kitchen. And the items we ordered did not disappoint.

We ordered Ngoethuk, Mothuk, Tingmo, and the famed butter tea. Ngoethuk (chow mein) comes with a side of delicious broth. The hearty Mothuk (dumplings in a soup) warms the soul. The spice levels are adjustable for all items.

Although savory, we saved the butter tea and the Tingmo (rolled steamed bread) for “dessert”.

The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is cozy, yet welcoming. It feels like I am at my friend’s house and their parents are feeding us.

We have been there twice now and always look forward to going back to try out their other menu items.“

“Love this place when I ate here first time with friends. I came back on my own after a dentist appointment. Service was warm and friendly, their bbq meatballs are phenomenal. I had a noodle dish that totally hit the spot. This place was just what i needed. Thank you for staying open in the afternoon and I enjoyed my meal very much. Even 2 days later I'm thinking about how wonderful this place was to dine in. I hope to return when I get to Middleton again to dine again.“

“Takeout last night was great like always. Pork dumplings are a family favorite! We’ve frequented both locations throughout the years, taken noodle and dumpling making classes and had catering done. Always great food and love how Hong and her staff are always warm and welcoming. They recognize customer loyalty by remembering their patrons.“

“I unfortunately ordered my meal and it's toppings incorrectly... when I came in to get my correct sauces, the manager Morgan and the customer service person at the counter Reynaldo gave me a reorder of the ENTIRE meal! They definitely made not only MY MISTAKE corrected, but they went above and beyond soI could eat a warm meal the way I intended to order it! I can't say thank you enough for explaining to me how to correctly order my food so it comes out the way I like it! 10 stars!“

“My friend and I both got mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was good, but I would recommend making the switch back to 100% ceramic bowls. She was upset to have received a plastic bowl and stated that it “ruined her experience” employees were nice, building is pretty.“

“Noodles is a very unique place when it comes to serving pasta. I ordered the bbq mac n cheese a couple of times, it’s very damn good. Also, the inside may not be very big but it’s very appealing to look around. 9/10, would recommend

“Coming from a vietnamese person who is hungover and needed a bowl of pho:

Broth: 9/10 - The most important part! A clean, clear broth which should be the goal whereas many other restaurants will make it with meat residue and oil which is a no from me. A bit of condiments of your choice and a lime will bring out the flavors even more if you find the flavor a bit lacking.

Portion 0 - The rau was disappointing with 3 basil leaves and a bit of bean sprout. A good vietnamese restaurant should have a large portion of herbs for your pho or bun! However, we are in Madison so it could be the reason why the rau was that little. I ordered a large pho tai which had 7 slices of beef which I felt satisfied overall, but much lower than what I would have wanted. For a normal size adult; I would recommend an appetizer along with your entry.

Overall, compared to other vietnamese restaurants near here, I say this one taste a bit better than the rest.“
