Can’t review a place that doesn’t serve a guest because it’s too close to close so 1 star it is. Arrived at 8:56 to an on menu and they ignored me until 9 then shut off the menu. When leaving the clock on their light board said 8:56.

Left me sit there for 5 minutes without taking my order with NO CARS IN FRONT OF ME. When I finally said eff this I'm going to McDonald's some lady had the AUDACITY to scream at me out the window as I left. IDK where the owner is, but they better get their stuff together and she this miserable excuse of a franchise.

We were very impressed with the girl at the cash register. She really took and charge and made sure everything was cleaned up before closing. The restaurant was very clean and well.

Took my grandson to waupaca BK drive up and had the worst meal ever. Everything was stone cold. $16 went in the garbage. I'm thinking that's where our food came from. Worker was rude and very obvious he didn't want our order. Will never ever go back. Calling corporate on Monday. This order never should have gone out. No wonder we were the only ones there.

I've only gone through the drive through so I can't rate the atmosphere, and I've only gotten the Impossible Whopper. It's made fresh every single time, yes that means you have to wait longer but what's a couple extra minutes for a fresh meal? I've been 6 times at the time of this review and only one time was there a mistake with a new employee being trained. I was told my sandwich was being remade and it was a longer wait-- I appreciate the communication! The employees here have been nothing but friendly to me and I can't even imagine what kind of horrible people these 1 star reviewers must be to have the kind of experiences they describe. Dont come here if you're in a hurry, or a jerk. Otherwise I'm sure you'll have a good experience!

Tuesday July 2 at 8 am we went to the drive thru to order breakfast and the guy was so rude. He should not be working customer service and we left because he couldn’t get our order right after 3 tries and I wasn’t going to pay for food that was wrong. I’m very disappointed! He acted like it was my fault he couldn’t push the correct buttons. I will be calling corporate.

Waupaca Burger King manager Erin was extremely rude. One of the top bun of the hamburger had a big black mark on the top of it. When I brought it up to the manager she yelled at me in front of customers and you could hear her in the back of the restaurant. She never apologized for the looks of the bun. She came to our table with another sandwich and continued to raise her voice and when we said that we are going to call corporate she said call corporate that she is the manager and her husband is the GM of the place. All she said was they didn't drop the bun and the mark came off of the belt no apologies, just yelling at us. Needless to say that we threw away that burger and left and will never return.
