Brady took the time to go out of his way to help me. He is a smart and professional person with excellent customer service skills. The food is always very good.
We go to this Culver’s a lot, and today we received an incorrect order, which we didn’t discover until we got home. That rarely has happened, but within ten minutes of doing the on-line survey, we got a call from the owner offering to reimburse us! The folks that work there are all great!
we went through the drive through tonight. Our order was just a little late because they had to use frozen chicken breasts so they offered us 2 pints of ice cream for waiting. Honestly I wouldn't have even known about this. Great customer service!
