I'm not a big fan of Culver's. The fish is bland, doesn't have any seasoning, and their walleye has way too many bones in it. The butter for the rolls is always rock hard and cold. The burgers are smashed way too thin, and if you order cheese on them, it usually comes out unmelted. I don't care for the scripted etiquette by the employees. You can be polite, just talk normal, please. And now, going thru the drive thru, they ask for your name. Which is unnecessary as they have given you a number to place on your vehicle. The parking can be challenging at times with all the designated drive-thru slots. I will say, the restaurant is clean, the custard is good, and the food is fresh, which is far more than the majority of the fast food establishments in the city of Waupaca can say. The atmosphere, they should have left the dining room with the open concept. It's too small to be blocked off with all the walls and booths.

This is the only fast food place I will eat something from once in a blue moon, there food I very good, if you'll into fast food places or need something quick it's a good place to stop at and get a bite to eat, there custard is extremely good also, all kinds of different flavors and stuff to try and they will mix up anything for you as far as ice cream

Staff was incredibly friendly, gave great recommendations on what to try, and overall very pleasant. The food was delicious! Definitely better than McDonald's or Burger King. Everything was hot and tasted fresh, you can tell it hadn't sat in a warmer for hours like some places, and was made as ordered. The pretzel bites are highly addicting, warm with a soft fluffy center and just the right amount of salt. Absolute perfection with the delicious cheese dipping sauce. The cod was perfectly battered with a nice crunch, the portions were more than fair for the price. Definitely a customer for life. Also, the restaurant itself is very clean and well kept. You can tell they have a great crew and amazing management.Kid-friendliness: The options for kids meals is great! A good variety with healthy options. On the way out, there is a claw machine with adorable little rubber ducks that guarantees a win every time for just $1. It's an extra bonus for the little ones to enjoy and they love it!

So, once again. Ordered onion rings and they gave me fries. and no straw for the shake. Waupaca Culvers needs to up the training.
