Brady took the time to go out of his way to help me. He is a smart and professional person with excellent customer service skills. The food is always very good.
We go to this Culver’s a lot, and today we received an incorrect order, which we didn’t discover until we got home. That rarely has happened, but within ten minutes of doing the on-line survey, we got a call from the owner offering to reimburse us! The folks that work there are all great!
My father was there today and got a cod fillet to take home for my mother. As she was eating it she found shredded paper in the lettuce. They called and spoke to Janet who said she needed a picture and for it to be sent to corporate for investigation. My father doesn't have a phone to send this and rarely even complains about anything. Janet then said she would send their granddaughter who works there over sometime to investigate . Really?!?!
