Went through the drive thru this morning at close to seven, the guy on the intercom was very hostile while taking our order. As we pulled up he said total of 10 words to us in a very rude manner. The food was good but wish I felt more welcomed.

I have been coming here since day one. since new management has taken over things have definitely changed. I order the same thing everyday, (coffee) small cold brew Charlie cold foam. I'll start with the employees. I am in customer service so I know how to leave a tip, the last couple of times I haven't due to my coffee being completely white after asking for one cream and when I ask for them to remake it after spending almost 5 dollars on this coffee they are silent or rude. There has been other times when I blow it off but it's happening more and more now. previously, after leaving a 5 dollar tip for my 5 dollar coffee ( I know it's stupid) I would at least get a thank you. Now, I feel like this new management expects a good tip for bad service. They never remember my name either. call me old school but it definitely matters. As a bartender of 16 years and making sure my customers are taken care of well, I know I won't be coming back to Dunkin' in Waupaca. Because they don't do that for me. I wish them well.
