It took 30 minutes to get two coffees and two breakfast burrito meals. Then received the wrong order and had to wait an additional 15 min for the correct order. The staff were swearing and rolling their eyes. Absolutely awful experience. I haven’t been to McDonald’s in 2 years, it may be never now.

I’m 65 and have been eating at McDonald’s ever since my parents took me there as a child and my experience at this location was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s or any fast food restaurant in my entire life

Waited at order screen and was told to please wait . I waited 7 minutes and nothing.... so i pulled away, last time I come here. Thank you Hardee's , your breakfast was fast and amazing.

We had gotten extra food and asked for it to be refunded. The manager came out and asked what it was we wanted and I told her we got an extra meal and platter,we wanted to be reimbursed. She was all rude and accused us of eating it and we hadn't touched our food yet even. My girlfriend and friend said we haven't even ate yet. The manager then said don't be running ur mouthor I'll kick you out. So making a comment about an wrongful accusation will get u a threat to be booted. Well that would've been fine because she then was rude to another customer who had an issue with their order as well. So I'd rather not have seen that happen to her too cause it made me furious and ,quite frankly, disgusted on how bad her customer service and mannerisms were. She used to be a good manager. Don't know what happened, but she was out of her league treating customers like that. And I will be reporting it to the BBB.

Big back manager has no class. Rude every time you go in. The screen will tell you your orders ready when it’s not. She’ll yell at you if you ask a question. She walks and talks to every customer likes she’s miserable. Poor management

If you order each item off the menu individually instead of telling them you want a meal it will cost 2$ more and they don't automatically put it in as a meal. They said that's how hey aren't trained, to steal people's money.
