I just took my two kiddos to eat lunch, and the current workers on 9/30 at 11:30, are so rude. We don't like coming to this location due to it. My husband and I use to love subway. Food is alright, but the customer service isn't worth it. There is a bigger set older gal. Short, with glasses who must hate her job. My husband has dealt with her being just rude and bitter, and I made a Facebook status not long ago and apparently it's a group consensus. It's unfortunate.

I understand everyone has a job to do and gets busy. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back here again. It is super rude and disrespectful to work on online orders as someone sits in front of you, for some time, with no acknowledgement.

I don't like giving negative reviews as I know that people work hard and have bad days. But there's no way you forget the meatballs in a meatball sub and don't put bacon on the American club. I ordered online. Again, I don't like doing this but come on!

We usually use the app and have it brought out to the car or run in to grab it. Twice something was missing but mistakes happen, not a big deal. The sandwiches have always been made correctly. They haven't ever been "sloppy" or "skimped" in any area. Everything has been fresh, good and done on time. :)

Stopped at 7 on a Sunday evening. Only had 1 kind of bread. Pretty slow service and everyone seemed lost. They did manage to make our 6 subs and they tasted good (well, I know mine did and no one complained otherwise). I did have to help cashier remember what we ordered and corrected her a few times.
