Ordered 15 mins ahead of time online, and it still wasn’t ready. (What’s the point of ordering ahead especially when I ordered mainly potato items for them to make it when I get there lol) anyway, the person at the window didn’t say a single word to me. Such shotty service it’s almost comical but it makes sense - here to add to your pile of 1 star reviews at this location, cheers

This is the 2nd time recently we have visited the taco bell in Waupaca, same issue both times. It's taking well over 40 minutes to get our food, the last time when we got it it was completely wrong. This time they gave our food to another family who went through it, brought it to the counter and then they called our name as if we were going to eat the food I just watched a separate family dig through. The staff was rude when we asked it be remade and this is the worst taco bell in our area. We will be going elsewhere from now on. For the price, we can eat at an authentic Mexican restaurant and it takes 1/2 the time to get it.

Every time, the first thing you hear is how they only have 1 cook and it's going to be a 15 to 30 minute wait. One time it was 45. This place is dying a slow burn death.

I’m sorry this place is a joke, and so is the manager that has the education level of a 5th grader. Never gets our order, or anything right, then gets upset when you call them out on it! Demanding an apology, apology for what??? Calling you out on your wrongs?! Never again, everyone I know complains about the service there!

first thing, i’m SHOCKED by these bad reviews…what are y’all doing to these employees???? i go here very often (usually during late night shift) and every single time my food has been hot, fresh, yummy, and sent out with a smile even when they only have 2 employees working. y’all complain about it being understaffed, fill out an application then?
SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO MY GIRL PAM!!!!!! she is the closing manager, she is so so sweet every time i come through.
ANDDD late night shift as well, usually another woman and 2-3 men, i don’t know names of the employees unfortunately , however they are so very kind, humorous and keep the late night rush going.

Not a real restaurant never open and if they are it's for online only
Not impressed half the time order food late at night almost always wrong. They forget half my food or mess it up. Never get the right stuff even though pay extra for it. Food tasted great sometimes and other times not at all and slopped together and makes you sick.

Went through the drive-through, got the 12 pack, half soft, half hard. And a crunch wrap with no sour cream. On the screen everything was correct, yet somehow how they still seemed to mess up our whole order! All hard & with sour cream. No matter what, I guess we need to check our order. For what we paid, we’d like to have it right.

Rude through drive through. Ask for a second to look over the menu and dude one the speaker psht me and when i said i was ready ignored me. This tbell usta be good now its not worth stopping there. Poor quality and bad manners.

Best fast food I’ve ever eaten. This is the first google review I’ve ever given!! Wow, is all I can say. Food was HOT! Shells were fresh and crunchy!! Hope the manager moves to Tulsa so I could get Bell like this in Oklahoma!!

It was clear they were incredibly understaffed tonight 9/14/2024, despite this they were incredibly courteous. And proficient. The food was probably the best I have had from the waupaca,wi location. Whoever the employees were between 5:37p.m. and 6:10p.m. not only deserve a raise, but a bonus in the amount of what it would have cost in labor to properly staff the store. I will be forwarding a similar message to corporate as well as I am sure they will have little difficulty looking at labor records to discover who these incredible employees were, and hopefully they get compensated appropriately.

The drive through windows were dirty and I hate to think what the kitchen looks like. I got the $7 special box and it was bad. Burrito was layers of tortillas with very little meat. There was some kind of food on a greasy flatbread that I couldn’t eat. Even the chip and cheese was way too salty. The whole thing was bad.
