Honestly the only reason that they are getting anything more than nothing in regard to stars is due to the manager trying to make things right at our first bad experience. Our first bad experience we were missing about half of our order and therefore multiple people still left hungry. Due to the manager trying his best and the circumstances surrounding the missing food, we had decided to give one more chance almost a year later. That was the biggest mistake as due to the attitude myself and my husband had received from the worker, I was left scared to eat my food or feed it so my 1 year old son. His attitude, glare, and eye roll was that of someone more than willing to tamper with food. I can safely say that I will NEVER be back to this Taco Bell and if I were you I would just go to one of the other restaurants.

As taco bell's go, this has to be the best one in the area. It's clean, welcoming, and amazing. I would also say that Kris is the best manager as well! 10/10 would recommend.

We stopped at this Taco Bell for a quick snack. It was anything but quick. My husband used the restroom and he said it was filthy. While I was waiting in the car for him, two employees came out to smoke and used filthy language. (Matched the bathroom) Never again will we go there!

When coming to this fast food restaurant I normally have a great experience however the last several times have been an awful experience. The wait times have been absolutely ridiculous when hardly no one is there. The food looks like it had been put together fastly and not properly. My food was burnt as well a few times. Staff have been rude to customers. They often say they don’t have many workers in which is understandable for having wait times sometimes however that should not mean having burnt or not done food!

Imagine this: you are in a time crunch and you want to order a little treat for yourself. Imagine waiting for 15+ minutes just to hear that your Cinnabon delights were JUST then dropped in the fryer. Absolutely ridiculous. 12 Cinnabon delights should not be taking over 15 minutes to make. I saw at least 6 people in the kitchen, not short staffed for that night at all. I also ordered a hard shell taco, and when I lifted it up, the bottom stayed on the paper while the sides stayed in my hands. I dont think I will be returning any time soon. Worker who I gave my money to seemed like he wasn't even conscious or sentient. VERY disappointed

This Taco Bell is always nasty and messy. The staff is regularly rude to everyone and not kind nor helpful. I've watch them turn away a disabled customer and refuse to take their order since they were in a wheelchair. If you try to use the drive way it's regularly a 30-45 minute wait for your food. I've asked to speak to a manager a couple times and it seems like everyone is the manager but non of them actually are nor do they care to respond to issues. I've ask for 10 hot sauces for my 10 tacos and all I got was about 400 hot sauces and no food and then no one would help me after the fact. They will say they only have one person working but you'll see 5-7 of them outside by their car smoking weed. With the door of the building open. If Waupaca county food inspectors really cared I feel they'd close this place down. I regularly tell friends and family that come up not to eat there. If giving Zero stars was a thing I'd give them zero.

The restraunt was absolutely filthy, i had to ask for a towel to wipe off one of the tables to sit down to eat. Asked for light sauce and the tray was covered in the sauce. I would give less than one star if I could.

Waited 25-30 minutes for our food while 4 team members sat in the lobby ignoring how busy the restaurant was. My meal came with a chalupa and the shell was cold and stale. Frying fresh shells take all of 30 seconds, why dont you make them to order? My meal was also to included nachos which were missing. When I approached the counter I was ignored, one of the workers came up with an order and didnt even look at me or acknowledge me.
It isnt so hard to pay attention to quality and provide good service regardless of how busy and short staffed you are.

My food wasn’t made the right way, but it never is so that wasn’t even really my problem .And the cashier Pam is a crotchety old lady who doesn’t know how to work in customer service. If you hate your job so much Pam maybe you should just quit. And it’s not just a one time occurrence every single time I go through the drive-through she has a nasty attitude. So I just stopped going.

Ordered 15 mins ahead of time online, and it still wasn’t ready. (What’s the point of ordering ahead especially when I ordered mainly potato items for them to make it when I get there lol) anyway, the person at the window didn’t say a single word to me. Such shotty service it’s almost comical but it makes sense - here to add to your pile of 1 star reviews at this location, cheers
