For years, we have continued to support this establishment, despite experiencing consistent poor treatment. The staff's rudeness towards our family has been impossible to overlook, and even our guests have witnessed their disrespectful behavior, including instances of clear racism. While other children are allowed to play freely, our kids are constantly singled out and yelled at.
Last night, when a machine ate our quarters, we asked for assistance, only to have a staff member yell at the child to go back to his parents. They’ve also started closing down the bar, lights, TV, and music while we are still paying customers and not ready to leave. On multiple visits, interactions with staff have been unprofessional and dismissive. Last night they said they forgot two of our family's orders and they were waiting for close to an hour with still no food, so naturally they left.
It’s clear this place has lost its focus on customer service, and with such blatant disregard for guests, it’s no wonder they’re looking to sell. We can no longer support a business that treats its patrons this way.

The pepperoni pizza is the best, especially with honey mustard ?. My friend and I went bowling also and it is a great experience. Only thing that I wish was that the staff was a little nicer. The lady looked like she hated her job. For one pizza and fries with honey mustard was 40 bucks. It's a little pricey but otherwise great experience. ?
We are from Wisconsin Rapids and this establishment is worth the drive.Delicious pizza, clean, and nice and bright. The lanes are family friendly and we all enjoyed the game!
