There is a gas station in the same building. Lot's of parking, clean,fast. Very good food.

Sat in drive through for 10 mins without anyone responding called the store. Associate answered and acted dumb went in two works sitting there playing on their phone. Horribly run I hope whoever is the owners and managers understand how bad this truly was. 5 cars where behind me and all left as well

Nice clean BP and Arby's. So wonder it gets so much business It's just slightly off highway k after you go past two roundabouts heading north towards Merrill from Wausau fleet farm

Food is usually decent. But make sure you have 25-40 mins ready to sit in the drive through (one car at the pickup window) for 10+ minutes before they even take your order. Then enjoy waiting the additional 15 mins while they cook it. Save yourself the time head the other way on the roundabout go-to McDonald's or Taco Bell if you are in a hurry.

Cashier taking our order was rude and inattentive. Seemed more preoccupied talking with someone else while we were there, going so far as to even take their phone when they handed it to him and spoke with whoever was on it. Didn't stay at register to press the button to let us pay and didn't make sure it did it properly.
Inside restaurant also looked and SMELLED incredibly filthy
When we finally started eating our food, my fries genuinely tasted like they were old and just dunked back into the fryer for a bit cause they tasted extra greasy/oily, as were the steak nuggets as they were DRIPPING grease, the cheese on my ham and Swiss melt tasted pretty old I couldn't eat more than two bites and my Wife's chicken sandwich had a HAIR IN IT!!A really long strand of hair.
Will NOT be returning to this Arby's and if possible will see about getting a refund. And if we can't do that then we will be making a report to higher ups
What is this? I paid 3 for this chicken slider. Only gave 3 stars because the man working was polite. Didn’t see this sad sandwich till I was in the car. The clicker was smaller than 1 Nugget from McDonald’s.

I will never eat at another gas station restaurant! Attached to a BP Service station. Fries were old/cold, sandwiches were stale and drink was well cold. The only refreshing part was the drink. I've got 150 miles left on an 800 mile day or I would've turned around. Thanks for ruining Arby's for me!

Went through the drive through today for a smokehouse brisket and a beef and cheddar. I noticed I got no cheese on the beef and cheddar and figured I just have ordered the wrong one. Checked my smokehouse brisket and it has no cheese. No onions no sauce it is also just beef. I called to try and either get the correct items or my money back and the phone was never answered. I can't believe I payed this much for bread and meat and literally nothing else.

I got the Philly Cheesesteak. It was alright, but it left me wishing I'd ordered one of the burgers or crispy chicken sandwiches like I had planned. The Philly could be improved greatly by putting the same amount of filling on half the sized bun and being toasted.
