I just ordered a small waffle cone with chocolate ice cream. I got a perfectly round scoop of ice cream the size of the scooper that tasted like a berry flavor in a huge stale cone with the bottom broke. I literally threw it away it was so gross!!! The water the scoopers where in probably hadn’t been changed in a few days. I will not be back, I’ll go to Culver’s down the road

I go there often and each time it was always a great experience and never given a hard time. This time was surely different, employe was nice but unfortunately my drink had actually sugar lol and not syrup. Was very confused as to why she asked if with sugar lol I’m sure just miscommunication or just maybe a long day for everyone. Also was never given a bag as I ordered a few items but usually they are pretty good with packing up if a few items on order. Learned my lesson to always ask for spoons because they were missed last couple times. Again it’s always been great and just a few things mistaken and donuts being hard but always good spot to stop by and enjoy, I’m sure if I said something it would have been fixed but didn’t want to make a minor problem for anyone who works hard there.

Today was my first time in this Baskin Robbins to pick up a Cake that my daughter-in-law ordered. The young man asked ME if it was paid for online. Shouldn't he know that? There was one employee standing around not doing anything. She should have been at least cleaning while waiting for a customer. It was so terribly dirty in there that I probably won't go back. Hopefully this was just a fluke.
A Baskin Robbins is just what the Wausau area needed, and the fact that it's conveniently located inside of a Dunkin' Donuts makes it even better.The inside of the building was clean and the service was fast and friendly. There are fewer ice cream flavors to choose from compared to other Baskin Robbins locations, but they've got all of the fan favorites available.

My kids and I love coming here. Their prices are so reasonable and you get a generous amount of ice cream. I love their coffee and donuts too! Everything always tastes fresh and we have never had to wait for our orders, they’re on the ball and quick to help customers. I am sad they no longer have the caramel iced drink though :(.

Today,04/02/2022, , was My Second visit to this Baskin Robbins to enjoy a Sundae, i was disappointed to how their young employee's just stood around neglecting the filthiness of the Dining area, my husband and i were the only customers in there, the floor needed to be swept, and the tables were dirty, the employees did nothing.
