I love Biggby. I go here at least 2-3 times a week. I would recommend Biggby every time when it comes to coffee. But I would REALLY appreciate if the baristas would stop ASKING me for a tip.

Order was made wrong and handed out TWICE, when we explained again what was wrong with the drink the girl laughed and slammed the window closed in our face. Our hot coffee was COLD and there 2 long ass hairs folded into the tinfoil around our Bagel. 0/10. Went inside and demanded a refund and left all the poorly made food on the counter and was told I’ll get my money back in 1-2 days?

I put in a mobile order today and I had to get my bagel remade 2 times bc they couldn’t get it right for the first time. Our drinks were fine but how hard is it to make a breakfast sandwich correctly? Not only that, when we asked to get the remake, I got a dirty look from the barista. BIGGBY please do better, sincerely, someone who works in food service.

The staff here don't care about your food. And they don't believe in putting a to go order in a bag . They put your drink in a tray and slap 3 sandwiches on top while it's raining like hell outside. Sandwiches all soggy poorly wrapped.
Amazing place to go build your own mocktails are amazing will build whatever I ask for 5 stars all around can't say anything about the food I'm not a breakfast person but I'm sure it is good as well
