this is a cute little place. i’ve been in other nutrition places where when you are new they are really helpful in finding something that would work for you. I tried to talk to the worker and ask questions and all i got were very blunt responses and 0 help. just wished i got my recommendations or help so I could order something i actually liked.

Got a loaded tea, didn't have a lot of flavor compared to the other nutritional teas that I've had. The girl that was helping me, sneezed into her hand, and then didn't wash her hands. Probably won't be back.

Finally stopped in to try a smoothie. Very tasty and filling. The Lemon Cookie was just right, not too sweet. Also picked up a Strawberry Lemonade Collegen drink and tried a Mango Aloe shot, both were very refreshing. Definitely recommend!

The service is amazing depending on who's working. If the owners are in, the experience is always a 10/10. I went this morning and the person working was very unpleasant. I said hi, and she didn't acknowledge me. She didn't say a word the entire time, but she was chatty with the customer before me so it felt very awkward. Normally, my experience is always pleasant, so I will continue to go. The smoothies are great as are the dough bites when they have them. Hoping the employee was just having an off start to her day or something.

I alway have great service and the morning lady she always say hi, smile and friendly to me and other costumer she alway nice and she always try her best to everyone else When it’s rush hour in morning and my shake and tea delicious and she always know how i like extra pie crust in my shake
