The server had got our order completely wrong 2x, it took a long time to get our food each time, and when she finally got the order correct ; the amount due was completely off.... While we had patience and gave grace, I do want to make a point of saying the overall experience was terrible !!! The music was entirely to loud. We had to yell across the table. Food was wrong 2x, and late, and we were over charged. The food itself was maybe on a scale of 1 to 10, maybe a 5. We weren't impressed at all!

I called my order in over the phone because the app said it was an error when trying to place the order. Then I picked up the order and saw the onion rings so I thought everything was okay. I get back to the hotel 10miles away I had these dry hard boneless wings that barely any sauce on them. The onion rings were not fully cooked. The food was not appetizing at all. I was told that I could bring the items back by the caller Lynn. I brought the items back not eaten and I guess their manager was the person that reissued the items. Now I ordered the kids meal. Now for having to come back You would have thought for my inconvenience that I would have gotten 6 instead of 4 chicken wings. Just very disappointed in this facility handling of the situation at 1819 stewart avenue in Wausau, WI. They need to do better. I wonder if I was treated this way because I was black and I brought the items back. I did not hear an apology for what has transpired.

We waited for over an hour to get our food. 4 people in our party and 2 of the 4 got their food while the other 2 waited for theirs. By the time I got mine I never did eat it and took it home. I believe we should not have had to pay for some of it cause it was over an hour to receive it. There was very little customers in there eating at the time we were there. Very bad service and we may not go back again.

Came in and we were completely ignored and no one sat us. This isn’t a one time occurrence, it happens every single time I go. Workers will look at you and completely ignore you. For the love of god, get a host. We left and went elsewhere after waiting so long. We went to the Taqueria instead and got treated way better and served right away. Will not be coming back to this location.

Music was so loud I could not converse with my guest. I asked the server if it could be turned down a little, very politely. She said that she would ask but other people asked earlier & the manager on duty barely did. She understood & came back & said that they would not adjust the volume. Something about their corporate culture & restaurant expectations. I will never return to this location. Ruined my entire experience. The food was just ok.
Worst BDUBS experience I’ve ever had. Music was obnoxiously loud and couldn’t hear our waitress. Many groups complained about the music and the “manager” refused to lower the volume. Not a hard ask in my opinion. Plenty of other places to dine at in Wausau. 0/5 stars.

I walked in about 2pm today and waited about 5 minutes without multiple staff walking by without acknowledging me. There was about 20 people in the dinning room and bar. Even tried to get someone's attention with no luck, seemed everyone to have blinders on. I eventually got fed up with waiting and walked out and went down the street to Milwaukees burgers were they sat me right away. Now I know you avoid the Wausau location.

Terrible service waited over 20 mins for someone to even say a word to us. Also waited another 10 mins for a server to come to the table empty dinning room 😔 I honestly would be so disappointed in my staff. Coming from a current restaurant manager and waitress myself. This gives me very bad feelings on how my food will be.
