Seventh time they messed up my order in a substantial way - they were standing around and gabbing instead of checking that the orders were correct and it took fifteen minutes past my pickup time to get it. If the waitstaff were to double-check the orders going out instead of standing around and talking, this wouldn't be an issue. Serious breakdown in communication to the kitchen. All you have to do is look at the order and then look at the ticket to make sure it's right, ladies. There was a disgusting smell coming from the kitchen as well.

Food has gone down and they lack employees. The worst is the manager has the music blasting so you can't have a decent conversation during lunch! The servers ask to have it turned down but told thats where it stays. Not a club environment and needs better management.

This is NOT a chicken tender. Did they flatten it with a panini maker?? I was starving so I choked it down but this to go order was traaaaaaaaaash. The guac was FROZEN. Thank God for the carrots and celery.

In town for business and ate here 3 nights in a row. Sat at the bar and all three nights the staff was super friendly and not annoying. Great job there. The wings all three nights were medium sauce over traditional style wings. They were different each night, some cold and some warm, some almost dried out like freezer burn, and some were right on the money. The limes for the diet soda were also super dried out, like maybe sliced a few days prior, not a deal breaker. Not a bad meal at all, just inconsistent. Place was pretty clean, music was a little loud over the March Madness BB. Also some of the wings are very Keto friendly.Dietary restrictions: Medium traditional wings are keto friendly, cooked in tallow, no breading. Also the blue cheese is keto friendly

I placed an online pick up order through Eat street and I order 6 honey bbq boneless wings and this is what I got!!!! Plain boneless wings only!!! It clearly says on the box honey bbq so I don’t know how I ended up with this but when I call Buffalo Wild Wings the lady name Lex answered and said she couldn’t do anything for me and that I would have to contact eat street. Eat street didn’t cook up my order, you guys did!!! I don’t know if their cooks are just not paying attention but I am hoping to hear back from someone regarding this issue.

Waited an hour for our food, waited 20 mins every time we asked for a refill of our drinks, everyone else on the other side of the restaurant was in and out. When we finally got our food it was cold. $132 later for two people, never ever again.

We have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings in Wausau WI for many years. Service and food was always very good.Today we went there and the wings were terrible. Cold, shriveled and very tough inside and out. They looked like they were sitting under a warmer for quite some time. Should have known when they were brought to our table. Very disappointed. Threw left overs in the trash. Let the waiter know and she said we never reheat our food!

When you go to the Wausau BWW, ask for STAN & you won’t be disappointed, even during a busy supper crowd ! He is a most excellent server with the best “table-side manner” that we have seen in several years of dining out! Timely, attentive, polite & makes your evening meal so much fun! Will definitely be back! Please give this guy a raise! He is a welcome addition to your staff! HATS OFF TO YA, STAN!!!!

Had the opportunity to try a new restaurant from Uber Eats tonight. It was called Wild Burger. Man was I surprised when the driver got here and it was actually Buffalo Wild Wings. I was so incredibly disappointed. If I wanted BWW, I would have ordered from them. I stopped ordering BWW for delivery because the food was always cold. Yet again, my food was very cold. Luckily there was a Microwave in my hotel room. The burger was extremely greasy, soaking the entire cardboard box the sandwich came in. The burger itself had good flavor. The fries were also cold. I only ended up eating a couple of them. No condiments or napkins were provided. Just disappointed tonight

Entrance is not very large very crowded to stand and wait for takeout besides people coming in to be seated for foodOur take out was missing a couple items and sauce was supposed to be on the side and wasn't. Called to let them know and they were quick to try and resolve the problem.Thank you
