The food is, well, what you would expect. It's Burgers. But the service and staff here have consistently been excellent every time, and the place has been meticulously clean. It's being adjacent to a great convenience store helps as well. One of the better BK locations in the area

Waited in the drivethru for 20 mins without the line moving an inch. Went inside thinking it would be faster, Waited in line for another 10 minutes and the workers wouldn't even acknowledge the people in line. Saw SO MANY people leave. Then I turned around and the people in the dining room hadn't even gotten their food yet. This place seems like its shutting down. Went to the McDonald's down the street was through the drive through in less than 5 minutes.

I stopped in the Burger King twice this week. The Whopper was excellent both times, but the fries were best on my initial visit. The second time they were just warm, but still fresh. The staff was very personable, and all three acknowledged I was there with a greeting. A very good experience overall. Good job.

This place is usually good, but at random times, they are bad. I was there on a Wednesday morning at 9 am. An older gentleman and I were waiting for over 5 mins at the counter for service. No one came. He wanted a refill of coffee, and I wanted to order food. There was no service for us even though I saw the cook looking at me from behind the counter. I was disappointed, disgruntled, and left hungry without ordering.
Google says they are open until 10 on Sunday but they actually close at 9pm

I order online back in Sept and got badley sick for six hours and I email online order ppl and they said they email them as owner and I have got no reply back at all by email or phone. They don't handle their customer well, I have order couple time from here and I always get sick. Whopper is very greasy, soda has no flavorite, all their sides like french fry and oring are grossy, plus I have found hair in my food and grossy and they don't care much. Plus I have order their snack wrap and couldn't eat cuz iz was hard rock.

I went to the Rib Mt. Location. It was the first day open after the remodel. New seating, lighting , and flooring. Vary bissy, but we were served fast. Fresh hot yummy food. Lots of parking.
Parking: Lots of room to park next to the building.
Kid-friendliness: Thy did have a high chair.

drinks taste chemically and nasty. I called them to let them know about the issue and the worker said that their manager is forcing them to serve it because they’ve had someone out to get the machine a couple times. They can’t figure out why it’s doing it. So I’ve ordered from there twice won’t be going again. Sadly stuff like this McDonald’s number one Burger King second but I do like whoppers better :(

Apparently, they don't put names or receipts on Door Dash orders. Received the wrong order and only had a chance to look well after the dasher left (not his fault).
