The only thing that was good about this once excellent restaurant was the staff. Food was boring and lacked flavor and authenticity. Over priced for the poor quality.

Always enjoyed the restaurant years ago but now not so much. My husband and I went in last week and ordered what used to be our favorites. But both of us were disappointed. The steak that we paid $35.00 for wasn't tasty. Very plain and wasn't even hot. The manicotti was hard to cut into the portion was half the size it used to be and was cold. We can't imagine going back.

It was awesome we ate in the igloos and this is the 2nd year we did this. It's beautiful and the food was great and the wait staff was wonderful.

This is our second visit. It's about 45 minutes from home. Nice atmosphere with casual, to upscale dining. The dining area looks out on the golf course, and the ski runs at Granite Peak in Wausau. The food was fabulous, and the value for our dollar was very good. Wait staff was very polite and fun! We will be back more often! Excellent Italian food.

Very friendly very beautiful view. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo very blanned. Chicken seemed like it was boiled no flavor at all. Thought they would grill it put some seasoning on it. I took 2 bites and I was done wish the sauce had a little flavor or something I'm glad my boyfriend ordered the seafood raviolis because that was very good I helped him eat that. I told the waitress I hoped she mentioned something to the cook but she was young and it was getting a little crazy in there.

First time here! Have wanted to go for years, and finally made it last Friday evening. Called Thursday and found out they don't take reservations. So we took our chances. Close to a 2 hour wait (which we were made aware of, and were ok with!) We enjoyed some yummy drinks at the bar while waiting. When we were summined for our table, I was surprised to see that 3/4 of the dining room was empty and all the empty tables had already been cleared. So I assume either we were forgotten about....or EVERYONE got done eating at the same time. Atmosphere was.....ok. Nothing about it spoke to me as "Italian" or "Supper Club" or anything of the sort. Powder blue wallpaper and light oak everywhere. Although extremely dated, everything was clean and the staff was SUPER nice and attentive. The most disappointing part was unfortunately the food. Watery, bland clam chowder, laughable "Italian Charcuterie", and although the Manicotti tasted good, each one was tiny, and the red sauce was overly sweet. I had I known they were so small (almost rigatoni sized!), I would have ordered 5 instead of 3. I may visit again, but would definitely recommend going on a night where they take reservations- as I wouldn't wait 2 hours again for the disappointing food we received. Summary: Dated decor and OK food. Service and drinks were amazing as well as the staff!
