A very pleasant experience! We went out with friends on a Friday night and ordered the fish fry and wings. Both the food and drinks were delicious. Will be returning!

First time here. So we ordered French onion soup and alfredo. The soup was so good and filling. Loved it. I ended up taking most of alfredo home but it was just as good next day. The noodles seemed homemade and the sauce was creamy. We will definitely be going back again. We did have reservations and it filled up rather quickly.

I had the rib eye last night and it was one of the best meals I’ve had! So good! The garlic mash and mushrooms and those crispy onions — yum yum! The staff is also amazing. Love it there. Oh, and their cauliflower crust pizzas — amazing!!!

We had Christmas Eve dinner here (party of 4). It was very quiet for a Saturday, but the ambience was warm and inviting. We tried the duck appetizer and the chips. Both were very good. We ordered the ribeye, picatta, Tetrazzini, and duck. The duck was perfectly seasoned and crispy, it was fantastic. The Tetrazzini and picatta were also excellent. The ribeye, although slightly undercooked, was also very good. Everything washed down with excellent whiskey old fashioneds. We initially chose this place because there were not many places open. I'm so glad we did because our service and food were outstanding. We will definitely be back! Don't pass this place by.

The first time we went here when it changed to Benvenutos it was awful. But we recently tried it again and had a much better experience. Great service and awesome food. Our appetizer was really good and loved the pasta.

Loved this place! We stayed at the hotel and dined here both nights. The appetizers are incredible, and entrees were just as good. Ashleigh was an amazing bartender and super outgoing personality! We will be back!

We expressed to our waitress that we were heading to a show at 7:30 that night (we arrived at 5:20). She stated that almost everyone at the restaurant was going to the show. I thought awesome...until 30 minutes until she returned to take our orders - 2 apps and 3 entree's...40 minutes - bread to our table, 20 minutes later - one app, 30 minutes later - 2nd app...We were getting worried about not getting our steak and salmon...Nope, they finally apologized at 6:50 pm when they brought out the food my wife stayed to talk to the hostes as my friend and I had to leave...She told the waitress that we would pay what we ate, but she needed to go. She paid our tab and went to the show...I guess you have to have over 2 1/2 hours for dinner at this restaurant. Food: Goat Cheese Curds - 4/5 Scalloped Stuffed Mushrooms - 2/5 French Onion Soup - 2/5 (Not many onions) All the other food - 0/5
We had reservations at another downtown restaurant but when they seated us table and seats were dirty, second restaurant we went to we sat for 25 minutes and not so much as water or an acknowledgement. Went to City Grill and was pleasantly surprised. Goat cheese curds were great , could also be a desert. Pizza great and rib eye great flavor and done as requested, mushrooms for steak were great ! Staff was great ! Don’t be afraid to ask for desert death by chocolate cake was great.

I can't give a review on the food cause the service was so bad we left right away. I can tell why it was busy on a Saturday night. I really like the lay out since the last time I was here. No one was at the host stand so we sat at the bar and that was fifteen minutes before we were served. Had one drink and in that time was never spoken too. Be awhile before we go back.

I guess I caught them on a bad night. I read reviews of “fantastic cocktails”??? Mine was overpriced with almost no alcohol in it. Also, the bartender assured me she knew how to make an old fashioned, it was the worst I’ve had in a long long time. Food was ok, not great and the sea bass I read about on other reviews and planned to order was no longer on the menu. Very disappointing all the way around.
