First time ever eating at Cousin Subs. It was GREAT! Fresh sub, flavorful French fries/cheese curds! The Wausau location-the gentleman Sam who took out order was SO polite, SO respectful. Wonderful kid!! Great Job Sam!!

Today I was having a down day and went thru the drive thru to order and a 14 year old boy helped took my order and served me and left there with a great big smile on my face! What a gentleman and nice hard working young man😊! Hard to find that now days !! Keep doing what you’re doing young man !! You made my day brighter!!

Staff was very friendly, service was fast and food was tasty. Store and restrooms were extremely clean. I was impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the employee who asked if I needed extra sauce and napkins. Definitely above average experience.

Seriously just paid 6.11 for a bowl of mac n cheese (plain, no extras) for 1/2 of a bowl. A cup size would have been more. Fast food places are getting more and more creative on how to save a buck. Won't be back.

Every table dirty while employees are doing nothing. And we didn't think the food was anything to brag about. Doubtful we return.
I love Cousins Subs however after giving this location multiple chances (3-4) every single order has been wrong or no where near the standards of other Cousins Subs. No one picks up the phone if you call to speak about the order being wrong also.

What a difference a day makes! Was here yesterday for lunch and the service was friendly, courteous, warm. The gentleman taking my order thanked me and said my food would be brought out to my table. Wonderful! As a result I came back today only to be treated like I was an intrusion. The woman who took my order was cold and bordering on rude. Before asking if she could help me she had to banter with other staff. Once I placed my order she said nothing and barely handed me my order. When my order was ready she called out my number rudely and with disdain. I won’t be back and suggest others should eat elsewhere. Treat your customer respectfully and they want to return. Don’t and we’re gone for good!
