Hubby just brought home order without checking, and honestly, shouldn't have to. Ordered a CRISPY chicken sandwich along with other items. Got a rubbery GRILLED chicken sandwich instead. Even repeated it back, but still couldn't get it right.

If you have to get your culvers fix, you should plan on at least a half hour in the drive through (not an exaggeration). I honestly dont know why it takes this specific location so long to make a milkshake or concrete mixer. There have been several occasions where ive gone inside for a refund and left and right about the time i forget the frustration of the experience, i come back and al reminded of why i usually don't come here.

Door dashed from here and I got half of what I order a whole meal and only got my sandwich and Im upset about it I spend money on that and one got one of the three items I was suppose to get
I live right down the road from here. I don't go very often because they never get our order right. They've shorted us, made it wrong, and even gave us the wrong items, like fried pickles instead of cheese curds.
