They got the order wrong, were rude when I was trying to explain, and then messed it up again. I went through the drive through and ordered a build your own burger with no cheese, I guess because I wanted bacon on it they typed it in as a bacon deluxe. When I got it there was cheese because when they changed it to the deluxe they didn’t take off the cheese. I went inside to get it fixed and I was trying to explain to the guy that I got a build your own but he cut me off and said “you don’t need to show me, just tell me what’s wrong.” I said I didn’t order it with cheese and when he took the receipt he said “well does it say no cheese?” Very condescending. When they wrote the remake order, they wrote it as a bacon deluxe but that’s not what I ordered cuz the guy cut me off when I was explaining I got a build your own, so the new burger had mayo and I didn’t know to ask for no mayo because I thought I was ordering a build your own!!! Super frustrating.

If you want to order food at this restaurant you had better order by number or they're not going to get it right.

The young man taking my order seemed enthusiastic about his job! What a pleasant surprise! I LOVED the little water feature in the outside seating area! After such a positive interaction with the young man taking my order, then the water feature white eating, it made my night! I eat a Culvers regularly but this was my 1st time at this Wausau location. Give this young man a ⭐️!!
