Stopped in today at 630. I had tried to figure out how to pre-order my bigger order but couldn't find what I needed on door dash or the website. I must say, the team that was working at that time were all amazing! No one gave me any attitude for the inconvenience of having a bigger order. I felt a bit guilty, but they all handled it in stride. I really appreciate it!!

I visited Dunkin’ this morning and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The wait time was far longer than expected, and when I was finally assisted by the cashier, Bri/Breanna her attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. On top of that, my order was incorrect, which made the entire visit frustrating.
I expect better service, accuracy, and respectful interactions from Dunkin’ staff. If this issue is not addressed and Brit/Breanna is not removed from her position, I will take my business elsewhere and begin purchasing my coffee from another establishment. Sadly I don't remember the employees name other than she was at front counter around 10am
