I frequent dunkin, but I almost always try to go to the Weston location due to almost always having issues at this location.

Today I went here out of convenience, and was again disappointed. I got a large iced matcha latte for my Fiance. And when I put it in the cup holder, I tried to put the straw in....but there was so much ice that I couldnt get the straw anywhere past the straw hole. I just drove home assuming that maybe it was just a clump of ice and I would fix it after I was done driving. When I took it out of my car I noticed the cup was half empty. (Pictured)

He got maybe 4 sips of his drink that I paid $6 for... we both love Dunkin, and will continue to frequent đŸ€— but even out of convenience I would rather drive to Weston location in the future. This is hardly the first issue we've had with this location.

Went in to get donuts an hour after they opened. I bought donuts for everyone at work and they were terrible. Very stale day-old tasting. How do you not have fresh donuts an hour into the day?

Very nice place, super friendly staff!! It wasn't busy , very quick and like I said, super nice staff and food was hot and coffee was cold... Like I like it!

Not a fan of their new process of holding the credit card machine out the drive thru window so that customers can awkwardly swipe their credit card while hoping they don't drop said card. This is all so that the customer can select a tip option.

I always go to places several times before writing a review. 5 tries later and we've never had a sandwich where the egg wasn't ice cold, the cream cheese in the bagel bites was still frozen, the hashbrowns are soggy and the bacon is wet dripping with grease. I've heard other locations are great but definitely not this one.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. My hashbrowns were soaked with grease and so I walked them back in set them on the counter and ask them if I could have fresh ones. The cook, then decided she would toss my new fresh hashbrowns at me while saying “you can have these ones they just came out of the oven”. I’m pretty sure we received yesterday‘s donuts they’re extremely dry and hard. I will not be visiting this Dunkin’ again, and I will make sure that my friends know not to visit it as well. I will also be contacting a general manager since nobody behind the counter. Wanted to do anything about the way I was treated or how my food was delivered.

Horrible customer service. Manager always has an attitude. They act like you are inconveniencing them when they hand you a drink and forget you ordered food.

This is the second time I have come thru with my mobile order and they handed me one of my 4 ordered items and sat and just looked at me. I had to proceed to say where's the rest and she looked confused when the drink she handed me said 4 items ordered proceeded to hand the drink back to the lady so I could get the rest of my order. Drinks weren't filled all the way and weren't made correctly will continue my business elsewhere
