Absolutely great service came here with my little sister and ordered some drinks obveusly and I forgot to emphasize that I wanted it hot. So my sister convinced me to ask and they gave us a brand new coffee hot just the way she wanted it no charge absolutely satisfiable for sure go here again.

Drive through ... We got yhe six dollar breakfast sandwich deal. The bagel was good. It was without mayo, but that was also good because it was not messy while riding in the car. The hash-rounds were cold and soggy, but good flavor.
The meal would have been a decent deal without the potatoes. I recommend either making the potatoes hot and crispy, or just not including them at that price.

Food is okay, drinks are okay. The donuts are usually lacking, most of the time we go. We only get them for the kids, but I dont even know about justifying paying for donuts that aren't even iced completely. This isnt just a one off

I'm not spoiled, but I don't feel like my expectations are that high. I always try things more than once. So I came here a couple weeks ago and I asked for my croissant warm, but not toasted. They sent it to me toasted, so the edges are black and crispy, but it's still barely warm. So today, I asked for my croissant warm, but not toasted. I get it cold and so...I don't even know, stale? But either way it was hard and I had to peel off half of the top and bottom to even be able to bite it. I really don't think it's difficult to put the croissant in the microwave for 15 seconds. Like I didn't even mind the hair in my sandwich, but I just wanted it warm and not crispy.

I will NEVER and when I say never I mean it, will NEVER come to this Dunkin ever again. When I was ordering my food this lady that was taking my order looked at me with the greatest face of disgust the whole entire time, after asking her a simple question about my coffee she gave me the nastiest attitude I have ever recieved from an employee ever. While waiting for my sandwich I see her wipe the snot off her nose with her bare hands. And hearing the workers up front talk I assume is the manager or assistant manager named Ross who did this? And she’s the lady I see smoking her cigarette outside whenever I come to this Dunkin. Not to mention she didn’t wash her hands after wiping her nose. Along with this review I will be writing to corporate.

I frequent dunkin, but I almost always try to go to the Weston location due to almost always having issues at this location.
Today I went here out of convenience, and was again disappointed. I got a large iced matcha latte for my Fiance. And when I put it in the cup holder, I tried to put the straw in....but there was so much ice that I couldnt get the straw anywhere past the straw hole. I just drove home assuming that maybe it was just a clump of ice and I would fix it after I was done driving. When I took it out of my car I noticed the cup was half empty. (Pictured)
He got maybe 4 sips of his drink that I paid $6 for... we both love Dunkin, and will continue to frequent 🤗 but even out of convenience I would rather drive to Weston location in the future. This is hardly the first issue we've had with this location.
