I went tonight only for the breadsticks, and they were disappointing. I ordered 2 kids' meals. They were ok. Didn't seem to have much flavor to the sauce. I could've used some seasoning. The breadsticks were cooked well and warm, but there was no butter or garlic salt. Fazoli's is known for their breadsticks being soaked in butter and seasoning. That's what I wanted. Instead, I just got plain bread. The gentleman at the drive-thru window was very nice even though he seemed pretty busy.
