Got there 6 minutes before close and they refused to make me a shake. So I didn't order anything. Prolly won't go back there ever again seems like it's never as good as the time before.

My fiancé and I visited for the first time in years on 4/30 around 6pm. First of all, the 3 staff that we seen working-they need a raise, expeditiously!! Working as hard and cheerful as they were...that's not common to find these days! The person who took our order had some of the BEST customer service hands down! We felt very welcomed and anxious to eat! Honestly, I only wanted to visit because I remembered how amazing the milkshakes are, and it definitely DID NOT disappoint! I got a strawberry banana shake with whip cream and it was HEAVEN. If you are a fan of thick milkshakes with real ingredients (not syrup) THIS is the place to go to! We both went with a bacon cheeseburger with a regular fry. Boy, was i shocked by how much you get! This definitely isn't a cheap restaurant to visit, but they make it worth your while! We could barely finish any of it, we had to take a lot home. When I tell you that the burgers were literally cooked to perfection.... ughh it was incredible! 10/10 Will definitely visit again when we save up some more coins! :) Thank you so much for the awesome customer service!! We greatly appreciated the happy faces during a rough week!!

My wife went there today for lunch. Our burgers and fries were great. The fries were a little too salty, but still good. Our sodas tasted like carbonated water. We mentioned someting to the employee at the register. Nothing was done about it.

Nothing against the employees at all. 5 guys is just way too expensive for the average food you get. Close to 30 bucks for burger, fries and a shake is wild First time I got 5guys was in Germany, so I thought maybe just expensive bc America restaurant over there. So I tried it again here and no, same pricing for us AND Europe. So, no, it's not because they get potatoes from Idaho ? Everything was good. Don't get me wrong. Just way too expensive
