Food is decent. Reason for low rating is the employees and service. I’m not really talking about the front desk people. They are usually nice. I’m talking about the morning manager and cooks in the back. Constant yelling, swearing, and complaining about drive-thru customers in front of dine-in customers. Tables are also commonly dirty. Together this makes the experience a negative one.

It's an average Hardee's. I'm not trying to be mean with this review, but it is what it is. It's your average Hardee's with affordable food. You can't go wrong if you like Hardee's and minimal smiles from the staff, which is what I've come to expect from a Hardee's.

Store is testing out AI assisted ordering through their drive through. It was one of the most frustrating ordering experiences I have ever encountered.

Stopped in for a bite. The girl who took our order was super nice! We had to wait a lil while for our food. Not a problem at all. Then when she dropped our food off she gave us two Apple pies to make up for the wait. So flippin sweet of them to do that!!! This location ROCKS! Definitely recommend

Never eat there again I loved the mushroom burger, usually 5 or 6 bucks. Soft bun, juicy meat, tasty mushroom sauce and wrapped half open for drive thru customers. Not this time, hard burger slides out of bun, not much mushroom sauce and no napkins. Never

The food was good. I don't have Hardee's by me, so when I get there, I always get the mushroom Swiss burger, and it never disappoints! It is fast food, though, and kind of high priced, so I only give it 3 stars.

Got the pulled pork frisco & it looked nothing like the advertisement, they never do. The pork was just plopped on one side & i had a total of like 8 small fried onions about a half inch long each. Told the counter person & all i got was sympathy lol Guess I'll be crossing this spot off the food list

If i could I'd give zero stars, I gave my boyfriend my card to get the new pulled pork Frisco burger and he went and got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich for himself, he came back and one sandwich was a Frisco burger with no cheese and the other a regular chicken sandwich. Not at all what we ordered. So after coming back home, he came back to hardees to get the food right, and the manager started verbally harassing my boyfriend and got into a verbal altercation with him. We are paying customers, the full to snap at us when we spent over 30 dollars for food, and your workers don't seem to know what orders are what. It is June 29th at 9:45 pm. That manager needs to be GONE. the nerve and audacity!
Went Sunday hade the biscuits and gravy there it was very tasty and also the quality was amazing and then I waited till lunch time for the best chicken sandwich there and it was made fresh it was the BLT chicken sandwich I recommend that as well

Went through the drive thru the people were very rude. They gave me the wrong size fry and they told me I was wrong. Food was cold and the tenders were dry. Drink flavoring was out and when I went in and corrected it they gave me attitude. Lady taking orders treated me like I was an inconvenience.
