The order came up to $10 and our bank shows we were charged over $15 plus were missing items we went back there with all of the food and stuff for a refund and the GM was so mean we called before going and he hung up on us so then we went back and he was so mean to my husband and then called the cops on him. They need a new GM because the one they have seems to be scamming people. How are you going to charge over $5 more than what the receipt says smh. I will never go there again the place just keeps going down hill more amd more I miss the old workers they were at least nice.

On October 23, I went to the drive-through I ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich, some cinnamon raisin biscuits, hashbrowns and a side of gravy. They did not put my sandwich in the bag. The gravy was spilled over everything. I called the Restaurant immediately and explain I didn’t have my sandwich. Whoever it is I spoke to told me they didn’t see anything laying around so they don’t know what happened to it and I’m basically just trying to explain to them. I just want my sandwich he offered to send me coupons. Tell him I don’t want coupons for a discount. I want something to reimburse me for the sandwich I paid for it and never received. I thought it was handled very poorly, and I am putting this review up a week later because I went through the drive-through again this morning I asked about these coupons that were allegedly sent out and I was basically shrugged off like I meant nothing his response was I sent them out the day you called me so I don’t know what happened to them. I’m in my opinion. That’s not how you take care of an unhappy customer. And not to mention, I’m gonna put a picture of my breakfast sandwich this morning because it looks like they slapped some buttered bread together and called it a sandwich

The food was absolutely amazing — it looked just like the picture! The service was lightning fast; “speedy” doesn’t even begin to describe it. The GM, Ryan, and the entire staff were extremely welcoming and made the experience even better. Excellent food, outstanding service, and warm hospitality — highly recommend!
