I love this Jersey Mike’s! Always my go to when I’m feeling I want a good quality sub. Oliver makes the best ones, by far! It’s always clean in the store and everyone is always friendly. Our family has tried to give this Jersey Mike’s location the benefit of the doubt. It is understandable when there is a large order being taken care of prior to ours and we understand when people are learning. Time and time again, we have tried this location to see if it has improved and we’ve been disappointed every time. They have gotten my husband’s sandwich order wrong 5 times. All that he orders is a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with mushrooms and he specifies every time to not put any veggies on it and they continue to get it wrong. During one visit, I had a disgustingly large amount of hair in my sandwich. Most recently, I ordered online to pick up my sandwich and had to wait 15 minutes after my estimated pick up time for one mini sandwich. Not once have they made an attempt to correct or compensate for the situation beyond making a new sandwich that we had to wait for. It’s very disappointing because whenever we visit another Jersey Mike’s out of town, we have a good experience.

Went in a couple of times and every time the service, food, atmosphere were all amazing. Im impressed by the cleanliness of the store, looks brand new! The hot subs didn’t disappoint either! a very good meal. Keep it up guys!
