Kentucky fried chicken bowl of mashed potatoes corn extremely Salty, hard to eat, gave up. Was not a very good eating experience for sure.

I so want to give Wausau's location 5 stars, but the greed of corporate causes their prices to be super high. The food is fantastic, the direct customer service is always top notch and I've never had an incorrect order, whether eat in or take out. The last time I was at this location I had a weird experience. There were four workers - all male and all over 30 and I had the most fantastic experience ever. Older men seem to have the best customer service skills and make a customer feel like they're happy to see them. And I knew the price before I ordered. And I had a deal through the app.

Went to this KFC after years of not going because of how god awful the food was, years later food is still awful. Mash potatoes are just instant potatoes and have little to no taste, chicken tastes like straight water and very bland, coleslaw is probably 1 of the worst I've had, buns were only thing that actually tasted alright. I forgot how bad KFC really is, after years of not patronizing this made me not want to patronize again. KFC is definitely for people without taste buds. Absolutely worst food I've had in years! Absurdly overpriced as well, I definitely wouldn't recommend or patronize again.

Ordered online. Service was amazing. Was greeted with kindness from everyone behind the counter. Order was correct, hot and delicious. Will definitely be going back!
Ordered 2 36 piece nuggets and they were soggy and disgusting! Then to top that off we never received our fries. Not going here again.

I see that employee Josh pulled same thing he did with my girl with someone else. I've called and complained about him and I can see nothing was done about it. Time to take next step. I will contact you and maybe we both can get some kind of action to happen and make the place a little less creepy.

Yea, staff is incompetent when it comes to quick service. One staff member,Josh, is quite competent to hit on a doordasher asking for her number and getting shot down. Then deciding to just make a social media account and track her down on it sending freind request and messages. Kinda creepy and the reason I'm contacting the owner of this franchise.
