I ordered food from them on the app and they were closed when I got there and when I called I talked to some rude male working who stated well the drive through was open and we cant reimburse you , no mind I stopped there after work In a blizzard and he said they cant refund the money, I will no longer go to another kfc!!!!!!!

I so want to give Wausau's location 5 stars, but the greed of corporate causes their prices to be super high. The food is fantastic, the direct customer service is always top notch and I've never had an incorrect order, whether eat in or take out. The last time I was at this location I had a weird experience. There were four workers - all male and all over 30 and I had the most fantastic experience ever. Older men seem to have the best customer service skills and make a customer feel like they're happy to see them. And I knew the price before I ordered. And I had a deal through the app.

The 7 $ fill up is the only way to by food at KFC... do the math, sine how all other equal orders cost more for the same amount of food.... don't adjust we why they did this, very odd

Went to this KFC after years of not going because of how god awful the food was, years later food is still awful. Mash potatoes are just instant potatoes and have little to no taste, chicken tastes like straight water and very bland, coleslaw is probably 1 of the worst I've had, buns were only thing that actually tasted alright. I forgot how bad KFC really is, after years of not patronizing this made me not want to patronize again. KFC is definitely for people without taste buds. Absolutely worst food I've had in years! Absurdly overpriced as well, I definitely wouldn't recommend or patronize again.

Staff was nice. There's a really nasty sewage smell by the drive through and a suspicious looking puddle that looks like sewage.
