I see that employee Josh pulled same thing he did with my girl with someone else. I've called and complained about him and I can see nothing was done about it. Time to take next step. I will contact you and maybe we both can get some kind of action to happen and make the place a little less creepy.

Yea, staff is incompetent when it comes to quick service. One staff member,Josh, is quite competent to hit on a doordasher asking for her number and getting shot down. Then deciding to just make a social media account and track her down on it sending freind request and messages. Kinda creepy and the reason I'm contacting the owner of this franchise.

I don't know how you can hear "3 piece chicken STRIPS" and give someone 2 pieces of chicken with bones in them. I guess it's my fault for trusting the store and not checking the bag until I got home. My kid won't eat this and I'm not trying to load him back into the car to drive all the way back so... I don't know. I'm just upset. I called the store and they said they didn't even see my order, I'm looking at the receipt and it says strips so I guess the whole staff is just incompetent.

I ordered 8 piece family pack for $31. My wife just put food out. We received 6 pieces. 2 legs,2 thighs and 2 breasts. I am very upset.
Slow service. And not willing to put food in a paper bag. I asked the employee to talk to management about offering paper bags as an optional substitute carrier, they were less than willing.

The gentleman who waited on us was very polite and kind. The manager on duty, however, was rude and needs to go back to manager school. Managers aren't supposed to roll their eyes at a customer when there is a problem with under cooked chicken!

There food was great I lost my phone there and I came back multiple times every single time they were very helpful and kind and when I came back at night with some family to find it the manager came and helped us she saved us 1400 Dollars she jumped into the dumpster and got it she was very helpful thank you guys so much
