This was probably my worst KFC experience ever. Got the 3 Piece Big Box Meal, with Mac and cheese instead of Cole slaw. They said they needed to upcharge for Mac and cheese, I said no, it's just substituted. They upcharged me anyway (no other KFC has ever done this). They gave me 4 pieces of chicken, cool, an extra piece of chicken. But didn't give me my biscuit, nor napkins, nor my Mac and cheese that they charged me extra for. They also didn't give me a receipt. Way to go KFC.

Ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal. 2 of the strips were smaller than a McDonalds nugget. Pretty disappointing for $14. If this happened once, I wouldn't bother writing a review but it has been like this everytime.

I haven't ordered here since 2010. Rolled the dice today and was surprised that the chicken was hot and crispy, decent size pieces. Mashed taters and gravy was very good. My only issue is the fact that they don't give you a pat of butter for the biscuit. I mean, how freakin' cheap is KFC that they give you a naked biscuit??? This totally pissed me off!!!!
