I ordered food to be delivered and some of my items were not there. I called and let them know that I was missing items. She said I could come pick them up. I told her that the reason I ordered food was because I did not want to go out. She told me to contact DoorDash and I told her it is not the dasher's responsibility to check and make sure all my food is there it is theirs. She then told me if I wanted the items (the ones I paid for and didn't get because of them) I would have to come pick them up. I asked her If they were going to compensate me for the inconvenience and she said that there was nothing that they could do. They wouldn't even give me a free fry, what a joke. They don't even deserve 1 star but I couldn't post the review having nothing marked.

We stopped in yesterday thru drive thru and the young lady who was working was so helpful since our grandson was being very impatient to get his happy meal thank you again

Didn’t get half my order that I paid for They don’t deliver to curbside all standing inside talking except 1 guy cook.
Worse part to me was they don’t even realize your standing at counter I used to come here often for breakfast but I think I’m going to take my business elsewhere until they change.

Apparently, the employees don’t know how the tents work anymore. There’s no reason I should have to go grab my items, as there’s a group of old women getting their things brought to them as well. I had my expensive laptop and everything out on the table and had to leave it behind because it took 15 minutes till I got annoyed and grabbed my own items. Do better. Y'all get paid decently.

6:55am 5/19/25. Waiting for the cashier to finish with customer in front of me. 2 minutes later when done taking his order, the cashier leaves, THEN doesn't come back to take my order. After 3 min. i looked around in back, and he was working in food prep. Like....he didn't see me in line behind the customer he rang up? So i left. Stop in after work to discuss this with daytime manager, (18 or 19 y/o. Bottomline, he didn't care, kept saying he wasn't there. Lol...these are the people who want $20 an hour. then they wonder why business is down Nationally I'd call McDonalds directly, but i'm sure i'd be wasting even more time than i have so far. Don't want my business....fine. Go eat a Dic

Has to be the slowest McDonald’s in the area, I thought it was fast food.
They took so long to take our order in the drive thru that our app code apparently expired, but I still had to wait 5 more minutes before i could refresh the app to get a new code. I explained this to the drive thru person but they refused to honor the apprently expired code or discount the order,even though it expired literally while I was waiting at the speaker box for them to take my order. Ridiculous, truly.

Don't go here if you're in a hurry, especially if it's after 7pm. They probably only have like 2 underpaid workers in there and it shows. I bailed on my order in the drive through after like 15 minutes with literally no line movement. Hire more people. Actually pay them. This is proven to work.

I had the quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. Not very good. The fries were good. They were out of Dr. Pepper, so I got Sprite. Tasted like mineral water, not good. So for about $11 I had good fries. Go to Culver's, much better food for less money!
