Noodles in Wausau, WI

“This is not a review about the food for this restaurant, this is about the staff and my experience. The staff here are some of the friendliest people i have met. As i was pulling into the parking lot of Noodles& Company my vehicle had some issues and was un-drivable. Not knowing where exactly i was in the parking lot i had mistakenly pulled into the “15 minute pickup spot” in the parking lot to stop my vehicle from being a threat to others. After about 25-30 minutes of being stranded in the parking lot waiting for a tow truck an employee came out to see what was going on. After he had come out and then went back in to work i went inside and asked the management if it was okay that my truck was parked there because it was un-drivable and they were very understanding of the situation and gave a very friendly yes and they had even offered me something to eat understanding that at this point i have waited for 2 hours for a tow truck to come to get my vehicle. I thanked them for their offer but told them that they don’t have to but appreciated the act of kindness. The overall experience i had with the staff here was for sure one of the best. Keep doing what you are doing!!!! Thank you!“

“We got the twelve pack of pork eggrolls from Hmong Eggroll and we were impressed! First, the building, while a hole in the wall type of place, is full of fun culture and a beautiful story quilt. The service was friendly and helpful. But best of all were the eggrolls. Tons of sauce came to go, they were porky, cabbagy, stuffed with rice noodles and tons of other goodness. We are definitely coming back and trying more here!“
