Not sure what’s been going on lately but you guys really need to get it together

What happened to this place? The food used to be so good. Now, you are paying a lot more for half the portion of what you used to get. My bowl was less than half full. There was maybe 3 pieces of broccoli in it. I got the Japanese pan noodles. It was pretty dry too. Its just frustrating because for the amount of money you are paying, you are better off trying to make it at home. Also, the music was so loud that we had to take our food to go. My daughter is really sensitive to loud sounds. Will not be going back.

As a noodle enthusiast, I have extremely high standards for my pasta. However, these standards were blown out of the water after a visit to the Noodles & Co. of Wausau, Wisconsin. Our host Lennon deserves a raise and to be employee of the month. With his charm and hard work he truly made this experience unforgettable. When Lennon brought our food to our table in a timely manner, he proceeded to do a bomb-ahh backflip. This made our food taste even better. After the acrobatics impressed not only us, but impressed our taste buds as well. Lennon repeatedly came back to check on us making sure our Noodles & Co. dine in was as outstanding as possible. We were downright impressed. Thank you Lennon for making this an incredible dine in experience. Forget Gordon Ramsey, we want Lennon!

I dont normally come out to wausau but we were hungry. They got my sons order wrong but they immediately fixed it and got the correct food. My mac and cheese was good but the noodles were hard and they gave me a small instead of a regular at this point im hungry so I didn't bother to correct it. Staff was very nice and the store was clean.

The food is very mediocre. I'm pretty sure I've had better TV dinner type pasta than I had here. The place could really benefit from either a drop ceiling or some sounds deadening mat. It felt like walking into a busy airport terminal with all the noise and there weren't many customer at the time either. To their credit, the staff was very friendly and helpful but that was the only upside.

So I have not gone here in years. Had a friend who worked there years back and what I heard always scared me from going there. So I tried it because I was in a hurry and got there robot. It got my order wrong and the food has gone down. The reason I give it a 1 is because if a robot makes it more difficult and takes the human out, no one is winning. This is the official last time going to a noodles and company. For what they charge and what you get, I should have just eaten at Macdonald or taco bell and delt with the butt damage. I hope other people will try other noodle ships to know how bad this place is.

It’s Noodles & Co. It’s very mid. Nothing special. But very disappointed because I ordered gluten free noodles, and got a mixture of their normal and GF noodles in my takeout order. What’s the point of offering them if you end up mixing them anyways? Sucks they’re not careful with that. Had to throw away the rest of my dish.

I had placed an order through the app for a delivery and there was issue after issue and the manager on duty went above and beyond for us! He was so apologetic for issues that wasn’t his fault and honestly it wasn’t anyone fault at Noodles. But he didn’t just make things right he went above what he needed to do! We are very thankful for someone with such amazing customer service! It’s hard to find people like that now a days! 10 starts if I could!!
